A very lively family hotel, the food is very appetizing, and the theme is different every day. My family and I are very satisfied. The water park is suitable for both children and adults. It is a good family hotel. The service is also good.

The hotel is really cost-effective, including three meals a day and the quality of dinner is also very high, exceeding expectations. The hotel has its own beach, a long swimming pool, and a water park but the opening hours are shorter every day. The price/performance ratio is really high, and I can spend a few days lying in the Red Sea. The only drawback is that the hotel facilities are too old, the hot water takes a long time, and the shower head is old.

The service is very good, the rooms are clean and sanitary, the staff are of high quality, friendly and sincere, and the environment is beautiful. It is worth staying here again and will continue to come here in the future.

There are mostly Europeans and few Asian faces. It feels like a small town. There is a performance during dinner, which makes it feel very leisurely and enjoyable. A long-established hotel with well-organized services

Beautiful resort hotel, big and big, but not new. There are many swimming pools, with their own water parks. When we arrived in Hurghada, we just encountered cooling. Fortunately, the hotel has a heated swimming pool and a heated wave pool. We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and were very comfortable every day. The dinner is very rich, and there are several different foods added every day. I tried 3 types of restaurants, Chinese food, Mongolian food and the main restaurant. It’s really unpalatable to forget the Chinese food. Most of the waiters are very nice and enthusiastic. Smile, there was only one lunch line to pick up grilled prawns, the experience was very poor, obviously the staff who picked up the prawns discriminated against the Chinese, Europeans and Americans can have a few more prawns at a time, but when I lined up twice, I only gave 2, The obvious attitude is not friendly, and I forgot to complain to him😭 Generally speaking, it is a very suitable hotel for vacation and leisure, I like it very much!

The condition of the hotel is a bit old, and I can't see the pool view from the location given to me, but the food is delicious

It’s our second time in palace, we been in march 2023 and October 2023. Everything was great in our first time, but in October the Chinese restaurants food was terrible, and in Mongolian they mixed our food with some else, so that’s was not nice…. Housekeeping was great and stuff was really nice.. We were little disappointed when the kids pool didn’t work for 2 days and then the blue slide stopped to, but that’s just life, You can’t predict those things. We are looking forward to come again in spring, but we would like to know if it’s our 3rd time will we get VIP bracelet and what’s the advantage for this bracelet?

The food are very various and very good, I like The concept of Mongolian, The people are very kind and with a good vibe, smiley at all The Time, The rooms are spacious and clean every day, they Have very funny entertainers, specially Yan and his group

Hotel was nice and clean. The staff on the beach is very friendly, the food was very good, there is a big variety of good themed restaurants, we have tried chinese and japanese and mongolian and the food was very good. Every night there is a theme in the main restaurant, for example sea food or german food etc and it is really good

Just back from 10 night stay at the titanic palace 3-13 September 2024 had such an amazing time we had a swim up pool was lovely having a swim before breakfast staff are amazing hotel is amazing staff very attentive and bring u drinks to sunbeds and at meal times u don’t even need to get up to get ur own drinks staff came every morning to room to ask if we Needed anything or clean towels or room cleaned fridges filled every day with water and fizzy drinks food was ok always something we liked I mainly struggled with this because of the heat was very hot animation team were good something on every day and night pool party was great we visited beach once but water is so far out we didn’t go back due to walking issues just stayed at pool take some dollars euros or English money for tips staff work very hard morning to night they deserve the tips Staff very friendly and welcoming al la carte Indian was amazing didn’t like Chinese they have lots of different a la carte restaurants to choose from we only tried the 2 Done a boat trip £60 including lunch snorkelling free massage stopped over at magawish island it’s beautiful First time in Egypt will definitely be back ❤️❤️

Fantastic resort, clean spacious rooms, large spaces both inside and outside, excellent for families, couples, children, maximum cleanliness, lots of variety of food, restaurants on the beach open until 5pm, clean equipped beach. For a week I felt pampered, a dream! My compliments for Abdullh! ( cleaning room) I recommend it to everyone

While I was here I had the facial, pedicure and manicure package x2. The first time I was with Reta, which was okay, but the second time I went I had Yasmin, and she was phenomenal! Absolutely amazing! She paid so much attention to little details. Used all the creams and gadgets they have, gave a lovely face, neck and shoulders massage too, and did really lovely hand and foot massage too after the pedicure and manicure! She was so sweet and polite, I really liked her! Would highly recommend Yasmin for this package!

I stayed for 10 nights which was the perfect amount of time. The swim up room was well worth it as a solo traveler, as it made the pool experiance a lot more relaxing. The room was spacious and had good air con, fridge replenished daily with soft drinks and water and bed was comfy. A wide variety of towel displays to come home to . The teams worked increadbly hard, I ate my evening meals ouside, and was well looked after by the team in that section, the upstairs bar staff were also very attentive and friendly, I never felt at odds with being on my own. The food was very good and was diffrent each day, the rice varieties being a favourite, along with the flat breads baked in the clay oven. Cleaners/gardeners vonstantly on the go to keep the areas clean and tidy. Beach bar and sun longers/shade plentiful tide comes in about 4pm (September) lovley for a late afternoon dip. The only readon this is not a 5⭐️ review is just down to small details- slot for card to get lights on didnt work, tho team fixed with a coffee sachet, hair dryer fixed in bathroom just my preference to have a normal loose one by dressing table, fixed shower head pointed to wards the wall so didnt make full use of the spacious shower, some maintenace upgrades needed in bathroom, and the ladder to get out of the swim up pool felt a little loose. Absolutly nothing tho that would stop me recomeding or returning. I did both Luxor and Cairo trips both highly recomend, I chose to fly to Cairo as was the day after Luxor, i hadnt anticipated having 3 hrs at Cairo airport on the way home but this was a last minuite holiday and had I done my reserch I could have booked a joint Cairo/luxor trip- this is nothing to do with the hotel was booked through the rep.
