The place and the service are good. The animation team are a bit rubbish. However, the external performers are excellent. We saw a marching band and a fire act which were both excellent. The place states it’s a 5 star ultra all inclusive, I would say personally that it’s a good 4 star. I would possibly stay again but I’m not in any rush to go back.

The staff here is amazing! They are super friendly and they work hard. The place is insanely clean. The beds are amazing, probably the best bed I ever slept in. We didn't really like the wine. Sometimes at night we were a little bit hungry, but there was no snack at night. It would have been nice if there was a little something to eat, like some prepacked snacks. In short, I can really recommend this place!

Our experience at this hotel was amazing. We had amazing service from the beginning. Before even checkjng in to the hotel they took us to dinner as they knew we were tired and hungry after long travel and then checked us in. The food is amazing the variety is amazing. Heated pools indoor and out door are amazing! The beach is beautiful with clear water clean sand well Maintained and plenty of seating! The hotel staff are very kind!

Thank you to Mr. Ali at the reception for the warm welcome and great service. The place is very nice and wonderful for Honeymooners, all services are near each other, clean rooms,amazing swimming pools ,a sandy beach,a tidy environment, and an excellent team.

The staff were so friendly, and the food was delicious. ㅎㅎ I missed one of my three nights because of the scuba tour, but it was a truly wonderful memory. The performance was a bit lacking, but it was wonderful to see the staff taking the initiative to encourage guests to participate. I arrived during peak check-in times, so check-in took a while, but they extended my check-out on my last day, so I was able to rest well.
