One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in hotels. Broken beds, a strong smell of perfume mixed with food in the hallway/elevator, extremely dirty carpet, a bathroom that smelled like cigarette smoke, and a fan blowing very hot air. But the worst part of all is that there is a bar underneath the room that stays open playing loud music from 8am until 4am(EVERYDAY). The only way to sleep was using headphones and listening to music. The staff is uncommunicative and rude. If you want to save money on your trip, look for a hostel, but do not stay at this hotel — it will ruin your experience.

Great clean hotel, top location near the station. Good bar downstairs with friendly staff. Good bistro. Overall highly recommended.

good service but some electronic devices didn't work.

The room is clean but a little small. It is very convenient to eat, and there are restaurants around downstairs. There is no hair dryer in the room, and the lock of the wardrobe and the door handle are loose and not locked tightly.

Nice hotel to stay in and the location is excellent as it is quite near plenty of shops and restaurants as well as bus stops and train station. Room amenities are okay, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea provided.

The hotel has a good environment.

Comfortable rooms. Insulated from outside noise. Offers commanding a view of the roundabout at Hurstville and everything taking place nearby. Good bistro downstairs - recommended the Cantonese fried rice, any of the noodle dishes, fresh prawn rolls. Inexpensive and satisfying.

Too much dust everywhere, such as on the carpet, on the air-conditioner and on the cupboard where the kettle placed. By the way, the location is real good, with the train station within 5-minute walk and grocery shops nearby.

Excellent location, close to the train station. The room is spacious. The reception area is not very clean. The balcony is suitable for drying clothes.

The room has been renovated, but there may be a problem with the drainage system. The water drains very slowly, which makes me feel uncomfortable! The location is very good!

The room was spacious and nice. It was a shame that there was a small cockroach in the bathroom, but everything else was good. There are many Chinese restaurants nearby and a food court in the shopping mall, so it's good.
