A must-stay in Huzhou! The Huzhou Sheraton Hot Spring Resort, also known as the Moon Hotel, is a landmark building and an emblem of Huzhou. It's not only on Huzhou's must-stay list but also among Asia's top 100 scenic hotels! If your budget allows, I highly recommend staying here when you visit Huzhou! The hotel itself is an attraction. It's beautiful during the day, and the night light show is even more stunning! We stayed in a 180-degree lake view room with an open-air balcony overlooking Lake Tai. If the weather is good, you can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset – the view is simply amazing! The entrance to the hotel leads to Moon Plaza, which has many restaurants, food stalls, and a small convenience store, making it very convenient. The breakfast is also very rich, with freshly made pancakes and noodles, and a wide variety of options. You'll be well-fed and happy! 😁 Food deliveries are brought right to your door by a robot, making for a superb stay. 👍

The views from this room type are absolutely incredible. You can see Taihu Lake from the bed, the balcony, and even while soaking in the bathtub. The room facilities are built with high-quality materials, clearly a significant investment back in the day, and they've been well-maintained. The shower has excellent water pressure, which, for those who know, is a huge plus. The dedicated direct drinking water tap is also a great bonus. There's a special customer service agent who adds you on WeChat in advance to register your car, allowing direct access in and out. However, the so-called butler service essentially acts as a green channel bypassing the front desk; it only covers standardized services and falls short of truly personalized service, so don't have overly high expectations. The Chinese restaurant on the third floor of the hotel offers excellent quality dishes, though it's not cheap. If you can afford it, it's a great way to experience iconic local cuisine without any unpleasant surprises. Overall, considering the price, it's a decent stay – no big surprises, but no major issues either. The biggest highlight is definitely the view, which makes it worth the price.

The stay was comfortable, and the balcony offered a beautiful view. The complimentary outdoor cold spring bath was also very relaxing – perfect for soaking, enjoying the breeze, and admiring the scenery. Breakfast was plentiful, and there's an outdoor swimming pool. It's also conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from Taihu Longzhimeng.

Excellent value for money! The room was upgraded to a lake view room, especially the one near the elevator which was very spacious. I have to commend the bathrobes; it's the first time I've encountered one with a double-layered fleece lining! For my family's birthday, they sent a birthday cake. When I asked for it to be delivered to the room around 10 PM, the housekeeping staff even specially sent someone to light the candles! We went to the hot springs in the evening. It was still a bit too hot for the weather, but from the rose spring furthest inside, you could get a great view of the hotel lights. Initially, I didn't plan to go to the outdoor swimming pool because I thought it would be too hot during the day, but by noon, it was actually shaded. The design caters to all kinds of people. I want to give a big shout-out to the hotel staff. No matter where you encounter them, even if guests aren't paying attention, they'll wave and say hello!

Upon entering the lobby, we immediately felt the warmth and hospitality. The front desk staff were professional and enthusiastic, and they even upgraded our room. We got a lake-view room on the 12th floor with a spacious layout and excellent amenities, plus a large balcony where we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise the next morning. Because of the typhoon, we also got to see the lake with its turbulent waves, which was quite a sight. A special thanks to the concierge for their professional and attentive service. Five-star rating!

The hotel's location is excellent, and its exterior design is quite distinctive. The cleanliness and service were also friendly and welcoming. My only regret is that the management of vehicle access and ground parking was a bit chaotic and needs improvement. I remember in the past, non-guests' cars weren't allowed to enter or park freely.

The room offers a beautiful view of Taihu Lake. It was a family trip, and our two children really enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool. The hotel is quite large, and the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a great variety of options. The butler service was also very good, with quick responses. It's a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway.

On the first night, I stayed at Ruifeng and found the environment poor. I was looking for a better place, but it turned out to be just okay. For such a skyrocketing price, the hotel's facilities and hygiene are really mediocre. The butler's communication was hard to understand; I asked them not to knock, and they agreed, but then they knocked and rang the doorbell when delivering takeout later. The children's slippers were adult-sized, and the overall hygiene was subpar. There was even white toothpaste residue on the tissue box in the bathroom. For over 1800 a night, it's really just 'meh'. There was also a layer of dust on the headboard. Ctrip clearly stated 'pay after check-out', but the front desk insisted on pre-payment. Honestly, this service doesn't match up with a so-called landmark building.

The vast Taihu Lake, covering thirty-six thousand hectares, stretches endlessly with reflections across the sky. Drunkenly napping among the reeds, one only recognizes the beautiful scenery of mist and waves. —Tang Yin During a weekend in Southern Taihu Lake, we unexpectedly encountered a massive storm, a rare occurrence there for decades, as if we were chasing the footsteps of "white dolphins." Thanks to the meticulous arrangements of our lake-view room by the lovely Xiao Yang, we were able to appreciate the even more magnificent misty expanse of Taihu Lake under the rain curtain.
