The hotel was very nice and clean. The amenities were excellent and had everything that I wanted or needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful also. Recommended for those who want to get out of Shanghai for a weekend.

The service for this hotel was five star. The room was upgraded to a lake view room with a spectacular view of Tai Lake. We received a text message daily on things to do in the area, reminders for breakfast and offers for late check out if we needed it. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nicely positioned at the seaside of TaiHu in Huzhou. We went there to enjoy the hot spring pools during the recent cold wave in Shanghai. In winter time you won’t find many restaurants nearby the hotel but the hotel restaurant is nice as well. The breakfast is okay but focusses on Chinese guests.
Unfortunately some of the hot spring pools were closed during our stay but the remaining pools were nice and during the whole time the hotel wasn’t crowded, so we found enough pools for ourselves. It’s a good place for nice 1-2 nights stay.

Facility for kids are good (with indoor playground).
The morning breakfast is overpriced for kids, 80RMB for kids to eat baozi.
Please put some forks and knives, not every kid can only use chopsticks.

Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.
