I've never stayed at such a terrible Kaiyuan hotel... The sink and washbasin were yellowed. I had to call twice, four times in total, before someone answered. And the worst part was the breakfast. It's a shame that a Kaiyuan I stayed at in downtown Huzhou years ago gave me such a pleasant surprise with their breakfast, which made me have a positive impression of Kaiyuan breakfasts. But what's going on with this breakfast? Crispy rice crusts and puffed snacks to fill the space? Frozen mini buns? How dare you charge for this breakfast? Even Hanting's free breakfast is better! For 30 yuan per person, I could eat anywhere else! Please come out and explain how you have the nerve to charge for this breakfast? The hotel is right next to the Grand Canal, with a good environment, suitable for leisure and vacation. It is not far from Digang Ancient Town, relatively quiet and not so crowded, and there are places to walk around. Overall quite satisfactory.

硬件設施都不錯，工作人員服務態度也很熱情，整體比較滿意。 附近河邊景色很好，自然風景很舒適，但因為比較偏僻周邊沒什麼外賣，適合親子自駕出行。 早餐種類較少，建議優化一下

酒店坐落於京杭大運河邊，大廳環境安靜温馨，佈置帶有中式韻味，整體軟裝古樸典雅。前台接待的兩位工作人員熱情有禮貌，特別是姓王的工作人員看到我們陪長者出遊後，為我們免費升級安排了三間連在一起的湖景房。酒店房間十分寬敞，從湖景房能看到窗外運河的美麗景色，衞生間乾濕分離，非常好，熱水很大，洗澡很舒服，床單被罩也乾乾淨淨。早餐鹹菜麪條個人覺得還是挺好吃的。 這次酒店住宿總體體驗非常棒👍🏻，如果想來荻港古鎮運河邊遊玩的遊客，很推薦這家酒店。

我真的不想寫差評，氣的人難受，整夜沒休息好。 前台大廳，庭院環境很好，裝修風格很中式典雅。 衞生狀況良好。 服務水平我不能給及格。 前台有位女性工作人員幫我們辦理入住時臨時接個電話，我能理解，但是一句話打擾抱歉不説，還把我們晾在原地揹着包好幾分鐘； 家裡人腿腳不便，晚上休息的早，門口的感應燈一直滅不掉，臨時處理方案是保安大叔拿黑色膠帶纏住了感應燈； 浴室花灑是壞的，無法固定對準淋浴房，出水温度過高，很難調到正常水温； 空調控制面板數字顯示是壞的； 後續一位男性工作人員認真專業，但是酒店整體服務消極，發生問題後承諾處理，今天也沒有下文。

辦理入住時，前台特地幫忙把房間換到高層，能夠看到湖。酒店環境不錯，出行也比較方便，飯後還能在湖邊散步，風景很美。下次回來還會選擇入住。

房間很大，樓上一張大床，意外發現有個天窗，樓下有張梳化床，也很大，有陽台，門可以打開，窗簾巨大，樓下有幅很大的水墨畫，有淋浴，有一個樓梯。四五個人也夠住了～
