TAI LAKE DREAMLOHAS VILLA RESORT

Our group of six, two families, booked the three-bedroom villa. The butler proactively contacted us via phone and WeChat, providing excellent service. However, upon check-in, the front desk forgot to ask if we had a car and register the license plate. This led to our car being automatically charged by ETC for parking when we went out for dinner, so I hope the front desk can improve their reminders in this regard in the future. Also, among the three bedrooms, only the room on the second floor had a phone, which made calling for the shuttle quite inconvenient. It would be great if there could be a phone on the first floor as well. Since it's a pet-friendly hotel, there was some dog poop 🐶💩 in the outdoor garden area on the first floor. I hope future cleanings will also pay attention to this. Other than these points, our experience was very good!

To be honest, the hotel's environment and facilities aren't as good as described online. The room was quite old with a musty smell, and the air conditioning didn't work well. The private hot spring was also just okay, alternating between cold and hot, which was quite frustrating. I honestly slept better at a Hanting Hotel. I'd advise choosing carefully!

The villa accommodations were nice, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to soak in the Moon Bay Hot Spring. We made two wasted trips throughout the day. The staff at the hot spring area were also... indescribable. A very poor experience. Staying at Moon Bay Hot Spring Villa doesn't guarantee access to the hot springs...

I'd been following the hotel since it was still in its early stages, and this stay was fantastic. The Chinese restaurant was excellent, the upgraded suite was spacious with a great balcony view, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Definitely worth a second stay.

Manager Xiao Wei's service is meticulous, from the welcome refreshments at check-in to the thoughtful notes at check-out, every detail reveals warmth. Such thoughtful service must be rated five stars, and I will visit this leisure and relaxation hotel N times in the future.
