酒店環境很好，有個網紅的小纜車，度假超級棒，即使五一期間滿房也沒有人很多的感覺。酒店的工作人員也很熱心，接駁車去南太湖山莊用餐或者去山腳下都很便捷。下次有機會會帶家裡人再一起去！

五一出遊莫干山 臨時改變了行程 選擇了觀湖度假酒店 真的是一家寶藏酒店 先是升級了酒店最好的房型 無邊泳池帶私湯泡池 遠處的太湖 每天都在這樣的美景中度假 酒店設計都很人性 早餐很豐盛 有到山腳下的擺渡車 停車場不大但是也可以滿足 服務絕對是六星級 入住期間 生病了 酒店小哥及經理早上六點多送我去醫院 因為醫院距離較遠 且我疼痛難忍 一直陪我掛了吊針 走的時候也延遲了退房 讓我多休息 過了早餐時間但是為了留了早點 真的滿滿的感動 在一個陌生城市感受到了莫大的温暖 是我入住過全國這麼多家五星酒店從未有過的貼心服務 下次出行一定還會選擇觀湖也會推薦親朋來這裏 度度假放鬆身心

相當不錯的入住體驗，觀湖真是名副其實的觀湖，環境和服務都很好，還有就是一段斜坡電梯，我們親子反覆乘坐了好幾次。

非常不錯的體驗 被推送裏斜坡電梯的視頻給吸引了 果斷定了假期出遊 很適合帶着長者和孩子的家庭遊 酒店在半山腰 景色宜人 步行到山頂也就五分鐘 因為房間總體不是很多 所以就算是五一人不是很多 一起定了三間房給小朋友的升了房型
房間裏備了消毒櫃和一次性泡澡袋這些 服務很細緻 出行下山可以坐電瓶車很方便 酒店了半山腰的南太湖是一家 可以下去買星巴克

酒店坐落於山中，盤旋而上，涼風習習，雖然出行略有不便，但提供接駁車，服務很貼心。房間自帶小陽台，面對着湖景，視野開闊，此外，酒店離月亮灣也很近，散步溜達一圈很是愜意，如果有機會，會選擇自駕來這裏。

每個房間都有露台，能看到湖，房間內有消毒櫃，空氣凈化器，智能控制設備。有接駁車可以通往南太湖山莊和山頂的太湖樓，隨叫隨到👍🏻酒店送的旅拍，服務很好，很出片。
