Very beautiful city and hotel. The service staff is super polite. The front desk is professional. I forgot something and called to find it. They are very patient. The hotel is located on the banks of the Zambezi River. It is one of the furthest from the center of Victoria Falls, so in the afternoon if you want to go for a walk the only option is a taxi or your own car. From the hotel to the center or the entrance to the Victoria Falls park it is 10 minutes and the taxi charges about 15 dollars. The rooms all face the garden areas, they are very quiet and there is no noise. The beds are short. A person taller than 1.85 cm has their feet hanging off the bed. All the beds are the same, so me being 1.88m tall it wasn't too comfortable. The bathroom is large, the water pressure is very good. You have the option of requesting a mini fridge at no extra charge in the room. Breakfast if you don't have it included costs $30 for the buffet, which is quite an exaggerated price for a breakfast. The hotel offers lunch and dinner service. I have shown the menu so you can get an idea of ​​what it offers. The hotel has a shuttle bus service to the city center and the entrance to Victoria Falls Park 4 times a day, the first at 9:15 am and the last at 4 pm. To return to the hotel the last service is a little before 5 pm I thought about using the pool, but they close it at 6 pm because at that time there are animals that approach it. In any case, the pool was always dirty during my stay. There were all kinds of bugs and “things” floating around that didn't make it very pleasant to swim in. Perhaps due to the fact that some animals use it too. A shame. If I returned to Victoria Falls, I would stay better in a hotel closer to the center, so I could walk there and walk around, since there is nothing in the hotel area. The time to leave the room is at 10 am, it is very early, generally in almost all hotels in the world it is at 12 noon. In my case they let me use a courtesy room until 11:30 am. From the hotel to the airport the taxi charges 30 dollars, but I got a taxi that charged me 20 that I met in the city and arranged for him to do the transfer service. From the airport to the hotel they charge per person: One person $30, two people $15. You can request the service from the hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly, everyone is friendly.
