Americas Best Value Inn & Suites-Hyannis/Cape Cod

Considering the affordable price, it was a great experience. They provided welcome coffee, and there were outdoor and indoor pools. The indoor pool was heated and comfortable, and my children and I really enjoyed it. The room size and amenities were sufficient as well.

Water leakage from refrigerator. A lot of bugs in the room . Service was poor.

Very conveniently located within a short walk of the bus station. Large, spread out layout although Motel style, no interior corridors, so door and front window open to the parking lot. The room is a bit dated but very clean and I found the bed, shower and WiFi all good. Checkin was fast and easy which was a relief because I had a question about it and no-one from the property had replied to my email (calling might be better but I was coming from outside the country). Not the most scenic of locations, but it was quiet and felt safe enough. I would stay again for an overnight after coming on the bus from Logan. Thank you.

We found roaches in our room. I believe we killed nine in total before we asked for a new room and then decided that we were just going to check out.

Fastest checkin ever! Low budget motel but good for a night, good location to shopping, restaurants and harbor.

East end of Hyannis, Mass. For an inexpensive room at the east end of Hyannis, it was fine. Toilet was not cleaned daily (a personal obsession), but otherwise , maid service was okay. No microwave in our room, but it was in the two other rooms our friends used. Quiet, pool was fine. Overall, a fair, inexpensive room.

The property was fine for the price. It was clean enough although quite dated. The carpet was very musty and stank of old cigarettes. I noticed that some other rooms have plank floors, probably would be best to replace all the carpets with that, especially on the cape. Was also a lot of banging and screaming in the middle of the night, probably some drunk patrons having a fight.
