Nice and cozy hotel Staff is very nice as well

Front desk was very welcoming and the hotel was very clean. Maybe it's a little aging like the dresser missing the handle or a screw falling from the chair as I was sitting there. The soda in the cooler and the breakfast (wrapped coffee/pound cakes) were expired but there were other breakfast options and a nice warm fireplace that was on in the day time.

Internet great, heat air is very very loud. The bathroom shower pole is broken. Otherwise staff is as always great. There is a fee that wasn’t applied previously and maybe need to update the above mentioned .

Very nice and clean. We did want our room fluffed but they did not, we did not need it but I like to have the room cleaned up every day. The people are very nice. Very convenient if you have to be around the hospital.

Property is in a great location but staff was less than expected. When I told them the dispenser for body wash was empty, they wrote in my account (and my receipt) that I complained. I just told them about it because I had previously said we didn’t need room maintenance during our stay so they weren’t coming. ******* tells you that it’s “all in pricing “ and what you have to pay at the hotel. When I got to the hotel they charged my card more than what ******* said they would because there was a charge for parking. When I asked what the whole charge was for, they said for breakfast. Breakfast basics consisted of coffee and a granola bar or stuff you get in a vending machine, nothing hot. The next day they charged my card an additional $115 dollars without even a conversation. When I asked about that they said it was for my dog, even though when I searched on ******* it was for properties that accepted pets so it should have been included with the total dollar amount on the website. I wouldn’t have booked the reservation had I known it was not already added. I also missed an indoor pool and workout room. The pool was outside and not opened yet. Although the property itself was clean and maintained I probably will not book here again

Bay view nice but if you choose „basket service“ it means NO service. TV had lots of channels but were of no relationship to handout in room. Cold floors (no rugs). Right next to hospital (possibly a good thing). Read about incredible breakfast….well increase if you are looking for packaged cheese sticks, boiled eggs (for real), cereal cups, etc. Nothing warm…frankly yuck… Way overpriced for what you get. If you are upstairs no elevator and stairway is steep and literally 2 foot or less wide…scary

The staff was great and very welcoming throughout our stay. However, when entering the building where our room was located, there was a noticeable mildew smell near the ice machine that could use attention. The room itself was good overall, with just a few minor issues. The bathroom hand shower had a broken mount, and the vanity looked worn and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. It would also be helpful to have more than one small hook in the bathroom for hanging towels or clothing. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Overall, despite a few maintenance items that could be improved, I would stay here again if I were visiting Hyannis.

The staff were all very nice. The rooms were nice, spacious, and very, very clean. 5 stars

Location was perfect, the staff in particular at the the check in desk were beyond friendly and helpful. Would 110% recommend and stay here again.
