We visited the Cape or a quick trip to celebrate our anniversary, and decided to stay in Hyannis because it was centrally located. The Sea Street Inn turned out to be a great choice! The rooms are simple but well equipt. Location is an easy walk to a beautiful beach in a quieter area. The thing that really made it special was the advice from the owner Adrian, who shared lots of fun ideas for our itinerary along with amazing restaurant recommendations. Big bonus - Adrian is a professionally trained chef who made Michellin star worthy breakfasts for us. We will definitely be back!

Every year at the end of summer, we treat ourselves after Labor Day to a fabulous stay for no less than three nights at the Sea Street Inn in Hyannis. You’ll find it at the intersection of pamper, tranquility, peace, and deliciousness. Adrian goes over the top to deliver the finest enjoyable experience that makes you want to schedule your returning dates before you leave. The food is not just a breakfast meal. It is art that compliments Adrian’s creativity. The room accommodations are welcoming, comfortable, spotless, and make you want to sleep longer. Adrian provides a wealth of information that helps you plan your Cape Cod stay as pleasant and entertaining as possible. His location is well located centrally so you can approach all directions of many attraction very easily. We can’t wait to return next year!

Adrian is the heart and soul of this inn—equal parts concierge, chef, storyteller, and treasured friend. The week of our arrival he answered all my off-the-wall questions and closely monitored two emergency shipments for us which he brought to our room. He also met everything we threw at him during our stay—sunblock, bug spray, shaving cream, extra pillows, dishes for the food we brought, perfect restaurant reservations, and spot-on local tips—often replying to texts in under a minute. Critically, he knows every business owner in town, gives tailored recs based on your mood and the weather, and has a warmth and humor that make him feel like family. We’d visit again just to spend time with him. As far as the Inn goes everything was spotless and full of thoughtful touches. There is a fountain tucked behind some trees, a hammock, a rocking chair, and if you look closely you’ll see seashells in the white gravel path that wraps around the back. Truly an experience in expert level hospitality.

I love a bed and breakfast when on a trip; Sea Street Inn is by far at the top of my list. Suite was roomy, so clean, and comfortable. The inn has so much character. The deliberate small accents were so appreciated and breakfast just could not be beat - truly amazing menu that is clearly made with so much passion. Adrian was available both in person and text for all of our questions and needs, and provided us top notch recommendations in the area, around the area, and even spots to hit on our drive home. We had such a relaxing experience in the common area outdoor hammock. Cannot wait to be back!

It is difficult to put in to words what a great time we had at Sea Street Inn with Adrian as the proprietor. The Inn itself is cozy, well appointed and perfectly situated near the coast, near downtown Hyannis and near the many restaurants, shops and activities in the area. Plenty of parking and much to walk to and enjoy. Adrian is what sets the Inn apart from all others. Adrian is an awesome French Chef who truly enjoys preparing your meal for you. Each breakfast was a 3 courses delight and each left us fully satisfied until dinner. During our four day stay we did not once eat lunch and we did not miss it. Adrian splendidly accommodated my food allergies and restrictions. As a phenomenal host, Adrian ensured that we always were comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Adrian is a wealth of knowledge about the local area and the entire Cape, he helped us plan each day so that we would see great and meaningful sights, he has friends everywhere and helped us pick out awesome restaurants for dinner, even in the towns we were traveling to after leaving the Inn and the Cape. Adrian truly made our vacation the most memorable ever, we definitely will be back for a future stay and recommend the Inn to everyone we tell about our vacation.

Adrian’s warmth and hospitality really made for an unforgettable stay. He goes above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. The rooms are spacious (we had a big bedroom with an attached a living room), comfortable, quiet, ensuring you get a restful night’s sleep. The inn had put beer, waters, and sparkling waters in the room that were complimentary. There was also an on-site art gallery, featuring photography that make the place feel both inspiring, unique, and well-curated. What was so special was Adrian’s culinary expertise. As a professionally trained chef who spent time working in Michelin-started restaurants in Manhattan, Adrian made us gourmet breakfasts both mornings. We loved the scallops and the pastries. We had such an amazing visit and would really recommend this gem.

My wife and I travel a lot. This was one of the rare trips where we started planning a return trip almost as soon as we arrived. The Sea Street Inn is a special place. Adrian and Xenia have curated an incredibly peaceful, magical vibe with unbeatable food and top tier recommendations for any day trips you might take. We loved our morning convos with Adrian as well as every single bite of food he fed us. The rooms were very nice, larger than expected, great bathroom, very accommodating but know this is a BnB not a hotel so expect to share space with people and potentially have upstairs neighbors - was not a big deal for us. We hope to come back again soon!
