The specifications of king size bed was not met. Room did not have hair dryer. I wanted to use hair dryer before heading out for work, it was not provided even after 45minutes of waiting.
Suggestion: Swimming pool timings could have been beyond 6pm.
Buffet breakfast and staff serving were excellent 👌

Our family had a fantastic stay at the The Plaza Hotel Hyderabad, and what truly makes this hotel special is its people. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Their amazing service made us feel completely pampered throughout our entire visit. The food was delicious, and our rooms were always spotless and comfortable. It’s the warm, genuine hospitality that really stands out and makes this hotel We felt so well cared for and already look forward to our next stay

Thank you It was a wonderful stay at the Plaza hotel .We had a very comfortable stay . The breakfast spread was awesome and the staff were very very helpful and polite .spl papuan is very good.

Centrally located, accessible to all the major locations, Metro station is hardly 100 meters. Food and ambience are awesome. Specially breakfast wide variety of foods are offered, quiet tasty with lot of options. Special thanks to Ruth for her exceptional service. Definitely recommended.
