We absolutely loved the food and the overall environment. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the front office staff, Madhumitha, who was especially kind and welcoming. We had both breakfast and dinner at the Verandah restaurant, and the food was amazing. The mutton kurma was outstanding—we loved it so much and can’t wait to try making it at home! It was such a beautiful and comfortable stay. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone showed excellent hospitality and truly knew how to treat guests well. We’re already looking forward to staying again at The Park Hotel, Hyderabad!

This is very bad management because I wrongly confuse booking at your hotel but I request canceled many time without any response from your hotel side.  I book through Trip.Com to both destination at the same date and the booking still valid. This mean that I should stay at Zurich Easy Hotel Main Station at the same period with you hotel and I have requested for cancel at your hotel any times ; but it seems no response. So from now, can I request a refund for not being able to stay at your hotel

I loved the fact that I was greeted with a smile and an amazing check in and check out service. The only issue was that the breakfast service did not give me a 5 star feeling with people running around and inadequate places to sit. Stood there for 30 mins to find a seat and everyone was running everywhere. Inspite of paying for the breakfast I did not go the remaining nights. Apart from this everything was amazing and perfect

I extended my stay by 3 nights and was completely satisfied with everything. If I visit again, I would definitely stay here. I'm happy.

A rare hotel that makes guests feel like they are crossing an immigration checkpoint - "Reason for visit", "Name of Company" and, if that isn't enough to cheese one off, the take a photo for their records. All this after taking the govt photo ID. The room as plastic bottles of water, with an unfriendly notice that say "bottles taken out of the room will be charged". They might be getting a particularly nasty kind of people staying with them, and hence they feel the need to come across in this unnecessary rude manner, but certainly not a place i would choose to stay in again. No ironing board or iron in the room - an basic necessity for a business traveler. When I asked for one, they sent an iron. Had to ask the lady about the iron board, and she expressed surprise that i required one at all. She brought it, finally. The staff are all "normal" people, it is just the weird vibes the hotel gives out that are a bit creepy and off putting.

We had a pleasant stay at The Park Hyderabad. Lobby is at 3rd floor. Breakfast is okay. They have Western & Indian menu options. In room dining menus are great though. Location is great. Not too far from GVK One Mall. There is supermarket i.e. Ratnadeep & KFC nearby.

Had a wonderful stay at [Hotel Name]! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely welcoming, and the service was top-notch. Great food and a relaxing atmosphere made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Very bad experience . 1. They don’t give me the room I paid for the first day , they downgraded me and I had to call and request for the change and they changed me to the room I paid for the next day . 2. Very poor service and service staff is poorly trained . The front desk guy was arrogant when I checked about my room allocation 3. The food quality was very bad . For a hotel located in South India the South Indian breakfats was of very poor quality . 4. The Spa and gym was good . 5. The rooms had mould in it . In short very bad experience
