Our 15th anniversary stay at the Falaknuma palace was a delightful affair in every which way! Right from the arrival at the buggy to the check in at the palace, the historical tour of the palace, to the mesmerizing sufi musical evenings, to the warmest attention at mealtimes....the amazing breakfasts with sparkling wine and extraordinary dinners with stars for company both over head and under feet....every moment spent here was sprinked with magic dust! Special thanks to the most amazing staff who made our stay a super special and memorable affair! Nasir ji, Pritha, Santosh, Jwala, Aditya and others at the F&B, Neil at the lobby, Kailash ji at the pool, Srikanth ji at the clock tower, the buggy riders, the team of musicians for the sufi Qawwali and the flutist sir....big thank you to all of you for all your small and big gestures for making our holiday an affair to remember and cherish always! Big big thanks to KV Rao sir for being so super patient with me for my photography requests! He the *** you need to seek out ....to take some of the most amazing pics of a memorable holiday! We might just have to return for a stay at the Falaknuma soon again just to get him to click some more of our family portraits! Thank you so much once again Rao sir! Cant wait to be back again soon!

We love this place and it really is heaven on earth. From the moment you arrive you are spoilt. I love the gym as need it with all the fantastic food and my husband always has the warrior massage. The palace tour is always interesting. My Birthday was one to remember with our fabulous room. Can't wait to be back.

We were privileged to be guests of the Taj Falaknuma Palace for three nights and were welcomed by the staff with a service orientation, friendliness and attentiveness that is hard to beat. Arrival by horse-drawn carriage in front of the palace, reception with Indian sparkling wine in a historic library, briefing in a charming room with garden view that left nothing to be desired. Both of the Palace's restaurants offer outstanding cuisine. The breakfast buffet in the morning left nothing to be desired with three live cooking stations. The live entertainment by musicians in the evening in the garden as well as palace tours and tea ceremony gave us the feeling of being the center of interest and attention of the hotel staff at all times. The following staff looked after our well-being in the most pleasant way: SAROJ (Restaurant) MOUNKA (Monika, Wellness), VAIBHAV (apprentice), GEETAH (apprentice), Aabid SHAIK (Duty ***ager)

I visited Taj Falaknuma with my two kids and I have to say, my trip was beyond amazing and most of all comfortable. Jahangir at the clock tower and Sunaina at the palace for welcome certainly set the tone of the vacation. Nilesh at the restaurant was very considerate each time my toddler wanted something, he was always serving us with a big smile. There was a chef whose name I am unable to recall made my baby's food with such love and care. The guard at the pool saw that the entire fam was in the pool and himself offered to take pictures of us. Whenever we called the palace services, they ensured all our needs were met, there were no delays. Harsh at the front office took us for a small palace tour as we missed the one scheduled without any reluctance and very patiently answered each and every query my toddler had. And how could I forget the housekeeping team, what great attention to detail. Thank you so much team Falaknuma, if this is how you treat your guests each time, then there are no two ways about people coming back in a spurt not for the grandeur of the palace but for the warmth of the staff.

There is a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere here at @Falaknuma . Strolls and Elixirs. , Frescos and marble statues, a break from an electronic leash, and independence from the concrete jungle. Most importantly, the backdrop view of the night, the slow intoxication of delicious food and wine, and, most importantly, the aura of quaint music in the background will usher you into a ro***tic isolation from your normal daily routine.

Like a saying goes - Home is where your heart is - The Hotel is a peace of beauty and what makes it ALAYS very special for me & my husband is that we are always there to take a short break before we join the family in Hyderabad! The Love and respect that Nasar and his team show us each time we are there in the palace is WAY beyond our expectations - He treats us like family and showers us with so much love and respect that makes its hard to leave each time. Thank you very much Nasar for the comfort and care ***** with not forgetting to mention the awesome food you offer each time and for always gong beyond you call of duty to make our stay so memorable. It was a treat to stay the Taj Falaknuma. Kudos to the entire team ***aging the property. The service was exemplary across all units - the food and beverage team, reception staff , security, housekeeping, swimming pool staff; even the qawwaali team’s energy and talent were a delight. A special shout out to Nasir from F&b, chef Kaushal, housekeeping ***ager Yogendra and team, Shubham, Sudhakar and Joshua at the entrance who took some fab photographs!

You are treated like a Nawab and all your wishes and well taken care of !!! We felt spoilt:- Whenever we went out of our room for breakfast or any other occasion, found the clean room, bed made, clothes folded and what not. Dining experience was excellent. I forgot the name of the girl who attended us, but she helped us in choosing the right dishes and served us well. We went to see the market and Charminar and our chauffeur was Mr Santosh. In four hours he fulfilled all, even smallest of our wishes. Lastly but most important, Our flight was at 6:30 pm and we were, like what would we do from 12 to 3 pm, after checking out. I just requested the girl at the reception once for a late check out and she said definitely !!! We are taking home memories of colourful flower Holi, Sufi songs, Royal Palace architecture and Nawabi treatment !!! Cheers To Nizam and Taj of course !!!
