    The location is convenient right in front of Ibaraki Station. The facilities in the room are a little old, but it's great that you can open the window. There is a train passing through Ibaraki in the view, and there is also the townscape of Ibaraki. The windows are soundproofed, so you can't hear any train noise outside when you close them, which is great. The premises are entirely non-smoking. To smoke, leave the lobby and a smoking area is set up outside. It is a good place to stay for taking exams at the Ritsumeikan Ibaraki Campus.

    This is my second time staying. I was looking for a place to stay in a hurry because my schedule changed drastically, so I was grateful for the location. The amenities are in this day and age, and it was enough if I could just take a shower without meals. Bedding blanket? I was a little worried about the smell of dust, but I was tired, so I went to sleep. I think breakfast is a good deal for 520 yen. It might be unsatisfactory for those who eat a lot, but I was grateful that fruit was also included. I would like to take care of you when I go to the area again.

        The breakfast is healthy and rich, but I eat the same every day 😂 Ibaraki Station’s east exit is the hotel. It's a long way around from the west exit. The room is not big but comfortable.
