The guy at the front desk in the morning was very rude , all the other staff was very nice , only problem was the guy at the front desk

The hotel is dated but clean. Superior twin room was spacious. Had extra shampoos and amenities that customers can choose on each floor. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. The only downside was that the hotel did not provide service to courier suitcases to the airport. Was told parcels can be shipped to residential address but not to airports. Had to take to closest convenience store.

Always great stay. They upgraded me to a bigger room so I could stay in same room both nights. Great staff and have stayed here multiple times.

I chose this hotel because it's close to Ichikawa Station and reasonably priced. There were a lot of foreign guests, though. The elevator went right from the first floor to the room without any security. On the eighth floor, there were massage chairs, toys for toddlers, a manga area, and a laundry ice machine. There were several types of shampoo and treatment, which was nice. Men won't have any problems with amenities. Water isn't provided, so it's best to buy it at the convenience store nearby. The bed in the room was large, but it wasn't big enough for the size of the room, so I couldn't pull out the chair in the desk area. I stayed there in the summer, and it was just right even without turning on the air conditioning. The Wi-Fi was weak, so I had to find a spot with a strong signal or it would cut out. The built-in refrigerator hadn't been used for a while; when I opened it, I was hit with the smell of dried squid, which made it unattractive. The bathroom had a slight moldy smell. Overall, I gave it a three-star rating, and the price was attractive.

When I woke up in the morning, there was a cockroach about 10cm long on my bed, so I called the front desk and asked if they had any insecticide. They said, "Oh, we don't have anything like that." There was no apology for the cockroach, only an apology for not having any insecticide. There was no apology when I checked out. I was shocked and speechless. The only person who dealt with me was a woman who spoke a little broken Japanese. I will never use this hotel again.

The hotel is conveniently located a five-minute walk from Ichikawa Station, with numerous convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room was, as expected, small, but the double bed was spacious enough, and there were plenty of self-service items available in the hallway. The only downside was the high threshold to the bathroom, which was a bit difficult to get used to at first. When I checked in, I was greeted by a short-haired lady at the front desk. The service was excellent!

It's close to Ichikawa Station and has good service. There are many restaurants nearby, making it convenient. It's also suitable for work.

The building seems old, but when I stayed in a twin room the floor was very smelly, but the single room on the floor below didn't smell, which was nice. It's reasonably priced and I stayed here because my wife was hospitalized, but I think it's perfect for business trips. I hope to stay here again 🥰

This is a hotel with a sense of history. The room faces east and the view is very open, beautiful and refreshing. The room facilities are a bit old, but they are clean. The air conditioning in the room is centrally operated and cannot be adjusted by yourself. It may be hot in summer. The location is very advantageous, it is only a 5-minute walk to JR Ichikawa Station, which is very convenient.

It is also very close to the city center, less than half an hour by car to the city center, and it is also close to the station. The room price is not high, it is still highly recommended.
