It was really clean, which I appreciated. The free half-ramen service until 10:30 PM, along with the drink and alcoholic beverage service, was a nice touch and we really enjoyed it. It was great that all six of us could stay in one room, and the morning buffet tasted good too. The yogurt and milk, in particular, were excellent! This has become a place I'd love to visit again!

well mantained old style onsen ryokan. both breakfsst and dinner are good! the night ramen is super delicious. And a very plus point, there are extra toilets on each floor, that is super convenient when needed

The reception was average, but I was deeply touched by the hospitality of the cleaning staff. Although I had requested a quiet room, the previous night the guests on the same floor had left their doors wide open and were having a loud party, so it wasn't a very pleasant awakening... but my spirits were completely refreshed. The check-out process (including the hot spring tax) was very smooth, and I received excellent service. However, despite the efforts made, there were moments where I could sense the type of guests staying there, rather than the overall safety of the area.
