Stayed for 3 days, the hotel was in transition with new owners and staff. Right on the Plaj front with superb views. Overall they made us most welcome, the rooms were smaller than hoped, but still comfotable and clean. The staff were excellent and couldn`t do enough for you, especially as my Turkish isn`t brilliant. Breakfast will be as a buffet once they are organised, but at the moment it was a selection of cold cheeses, salads, eggs, preserves and bread on a plate. You could order omlettes etc if wanted at an extra charge. Overall a great stay and we will not hesitate to go back.

Excellent location.
Friendly helpful staff.
Not quite up to the mark.
Breakfast plated not buffet.
Bathroom plumbing needing attention but shower was very good.
Balcony furniture and view sare plus points
Would consider using again but not definitely.
Renovation work ongoing.
All in all Contess okay.

They demanded extra fees. The air conditioner was broken so we changed rooms. The air conditioner in the new room was broken. We waited for it to be repaired for 2 hours. The refrigerator was also broken and was replaced. It was not clear whether we were going on vacation or for renovations. The employees were very good, but we could not get along with the lady who said she was the manager of the hotel, she kept saying "money". If I hadn't purchased it, I wouldn't have been able to get a refund.

The hotel was not clean. Although the breakfast was an open buffet, it was very limited and mediocre. People on the beach were annoying. It was not suitable for couples or families. The sea was very turbid and dirty.

A cozy hotel right on the beach in fantastic Icmeler. A very nice reception and this stay was completely beyond expectations. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel soon. A small hotel with personal trea**ent and you felt safe during the entire trip.
