The hotel is lovely, set in the forest it has a truly peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Loads of little places tucked away to enjoy a quiet coffee or ice cream. The yoga and Pilates classes were great, I went every day it was on, the instructor was very friendly and helpful. The food was great and lots of choices were available. All areas were very clean and well maintained. We found all the staff to be pleasant and helpful only the dark haired girl in the Italian restaurant was grumpy and a bit rude. It's also unfortunate only one member of reception staff was available at the late night/ early morning check in, we had a long wait after a very long day to get our room and get some much needed sleep. Great hotel overall and would highly recommend.

This hotel is still stunning especially for the money we paid for 2 Adults and 2 Teenagers! When arrives at the hotel after an horrific journey it was an unexpected pleasure to be greeted by such a beautiful reception area and very friendly staff who checked us in quickly and took us to our room in a gold buggy, which the teenagers thought was very cool! We had a family room which was very spacious and clean and had a fantastic view over the sea with the mountains in the background. The room had to separate areas, as you entered the room there were 2 singles and a dresser then moving through past the bathroom and massive wardrobes you find the double room, which can actually sleep 4 people with a double, single and an arm chair that turned into another single! So these rooms can sleep up to 6! The grounds are big and hilly, so maybe not suitable for people with mobility issues, but they are beautiful kept and the massive pine trees provide some well needed shade, however do hinder sunbathing round the pool as the sun goes behind them quite early, and leaves the pool in the shade throughout the day, but that didn't seem to bother the kids. There is still the 2 piers, 1 16+ only and beach area which are in the sun all day if sunbathing is top of your priorities. The hotel provide beach towels and I suggest going down early if you want longers round the pool as it was busy and the prime sun spots go quickly, this was only April and hotel not full so can only imagine what it would be like in the summer. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help, especially round the pools and in the main bar areas. There were so many places to get food and drink at this hotel, we were never hungry or thirsty. The food was lovely and the teenagers enjoyed the food court which had pizzas and kebabs during the day. The main buffet was very busy and the queue in the evening could be quite long, so I wouldn't like to see it during summer, however the food was plentiful and there was lots of choice and it was always cooked well. The dessert choice was amazing and delicious, be prepared to gain a few pounds! If you want to work off the food and drink you can take a stroll into either Icemeler or Marmaris using the pathway along the sea. We didn't go into Icemeler but we walked into Marmaris twice and only took us about 20-30 mins to get right into the centre where there are an abundance of shops, pubs and restaurants. We got a taxi back on one of the days and it cost 200TL which is roughly £5. We were very impressed and very surprised with this hotel and would definitely return.

Returned to the UK on 28th Oct after 2 brilliant weeks! Travelled as a family of 4 (our kids are 12 & 9) & stayed in a 2 bed family room, 777, which is away from the main building but had wonderful views of the sea & mountains. As others have said, this is one of the blocks that is dated & could do with being refurbished but on the whole, was comfortable. Note to the hotel, if you are planning to refurbish these rooms, the wardrobe space is great but additional drawers for storage would be really useful as we didn’t have enough room to unpack all of our clothes for a 2 week stay. The food at the hotel is to a high standard, yes a buffet can get a little repetitive after 2 weeks, but that would be the same any hotel. We enjoyed the food, it was hot, tasty & plentiful. The Turkish al a carte was excellent but we didn’t try the others. Ice cream was available from 12-5 everyday & the vanilla is one of the creamiest I’ve ever tasted & the pistachio was equally delicious! The kids loved the bubble tea & mocktails & the coffee shop does a great ice coffee (as well as cappuccinos, lattes etc) & the patisserie offers a good range of cookies & cakes. If you don’t want a buffet lunch the Pine Bar offers a sit down lunch which is served to you (and also takeaway), the menu is pizzas, burgers, chicken schnitzel, chicken wraps etc and agin, was really tasty! The wine offered was pretty good, I had a couple of glasses of rose with dinner & it was drinkable, not a nice Pinot blush by any means but it tasted ok! We had no issues getting sunbeds and opted to spend most days on the pier at the beach because the pool areas were too shady and the pools were too cold in our opinion, the sea was much warmer! And there are so many fish, the pier is a great place for snorkelling! We were lucky enough to see turtles most days & a seal even popped up one day! Only minor consideration if you sunbathe on the pier & beach is that it is a bit of walk back to the toilets. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, in between Marmaris & Icmeler & you can walk along to either resort from the hotel along a paved & mostly flat path which follows the beach so is a really nice walk & takes about half an hour to Marmaris & slightly less to Icmeler. If walking isn’t your thing or is too far then there is a taxi rank right outside the hotel & also a bus stop. We took the bus a number of times to both Marmaris & Icmeler & it was very easy & only 25 Lira each! You can get a green or orange bus into the towns but I was told only the orange buses bring you back to the hotel, so we followed that advice & had no problems but be prepared to stand as seats are limited. The buses will pick you up from anywhere, just flag them down if you can get to the next bus stop! We also took a boat trip directly from the hotel which was a full day trip 10-5 which was only £13 each including a chicken, pasta & salad lunch. Drinks & ice creams were additional but at reasonable cost but note you can’t

This is a solidly good family hotel. It is busy at peak times for breakfast and dinner ie you end up queuing for food. The food is plentiful and good and there’s a wide variety. There are a couple of snack type bars for lunch. The staff are unbelievably helpful pleasant and friendly and polite. You can take a boat trip directly from the hotel which is a drop into bays have a swim and some lunch type trip that’s good value. Special mention to Hassan the bartender who is just a lovely chatty member of staff at the adult only beach/jetty and to the lady on reception who sorted out changing our room for us. We initially had a room that backed onto a main road that was noisy but they changed this for us. The hotel has some evening entertainment but this is not of fabulous quality. We used the electric scooters to go to Icmeler most evenings. It’s certainly walkable to Icmeler which is smaller and not as full on lively as marmaris but it’s not a fabulous idea attempting to walk it in flip flops. There’s a promenade with a cycling lane from the hotel to Icmeler in one direction and to Marmaris in the other. Both are walkable. Icmeler is ‘lively’ with many bars and restaurants and shops targeted at the English. One of their slogans is ‘cheaper than Asda which is a shame as the town is really clean with lots of greenery and Little Venice would be amazing if some nice bars and restaurants fronted onto it to spend the evening. As it is there is a club with dancing waiters selling cheap cocktails ..an English breakfast restaurant and a tattoo parlour. We had a good holiday though and the weather is almost guaranteed sunshine with a fantastic breeze on the jetty. Would we go back for a week as a couple in our 50s..yes. Are there things that could be better ..the gym doesn’t open until 9 am and a 7 am start would be good before it starts to get hot ..,the chairs in the Pine Bar are really uncomfortable and we had an evening in the Oriental/Chinese which was fantastic food but we were chased out a bit before the evening entertainment started and it would have been nicer with some Chinese lanterns etc and the sports bar wasn’t really a bar ..a small tv in the wall and a few chairs. The main pool is well used by families and is close to the milk shake and icecream bar. My husband had a haircut and shave in the barbers and others highly recommended the Turkish baths. We took a boat trip to Dalyan to see the turtles and the mud baths which was a fabulous day out for the money. The staff make this hotel and are a credit to The Grand Yazicki chain.

Service was excellent. Specially Mustafa at pine bar is a professional bartender, and also a great person ✌🏽 The atmosphere of the hotel was really good. It has a large and clean pool. Animation team (Mustafa and gogo) were so friendly. But there could be better and more exciting daily programs during the day. Foods also can be a little better.
