Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Labranda Mares. I would describe it as a good value-for-money hotel rather than a luxury resort. The highlight of our holiday was definitely the staff—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is fantastic, with beautiful sea views and direct access to the coastal walking path, which is perfect for walking or running. The food was generally good, with fresh pizzas, pides, grilled dishes, salads, and desserts, although there was no red meat during our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the omelettes and gözleme, but the pancakes were always stale. The snack bars and pastry corner could also offer better quality and more variety. The hotel does have some areas that need improvement. The entertainment was inconsistent, the sound system needs upgrading, and charging extra for bingo cards felt unnecessary. The gym is very basic, the games area was dirty despite being reported, and the hotel itself is showing its age with peeling walls and elevators that broke down almost every day. The parking area is far from the hotel, there is no valet service, and the buggy is only available during check-in and check-out. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday thanks to the amazing staff, but I think a hotel that is almost always fully booked could invest more in better facilities, food quality, and entertainment. I probably wouldn’t return, but I still think it’s a reasonable choice if you’re looking for a good value-for-money holiday.

The hotel is large and right on the beachfront. The beach is long, and while sunbeds are usually taken, you can always find one. The food is decent, but there's no lamb at all, only beef sometimes. Chicken and turkey are always available, but we're not fans. We had excellent salmon once. No seafood. There are tasty anchovies. Fish quality varies a lot. Every three days, they serve an artichoke and beef dish. Sushi was offered once, but it was with vegetables or anchovies. Watermelons, oranges, apples, and pears aren't good; plums and nectarines are tasty. The machine coffee is powdered. Green and herbal tea bags are available. The drinks are powdered. There are vegetables and greens. Hummus is served every three days. We requested a quiet room via Trip.com, but they gave us one directly above the performance stage. The reception staff were unyielding and flat-out refused to change it, saying, "This is your room, go there." They gave us a connecting room, linked to two other rooms with two extra doors, which meant excellent soundproofing. We could hear every detail of the neighbor's baby. You can only sleep after midnight due to the music. The room itself is good, and the view from the window is beautiful. There are no gels or shampoos, just a shared dispenser. This was an upgraded room with a partial sea view. Today, for our second booking, we moved to a bungalow. While there are modern ones, we got an old one where the electricity cuts out every 15 minutes. It's small, with no sofa or chair. The air conditioning barely works, making the old bungalow on the top floor very hot. But it is quiet.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we're always very satisfied. The location is convenient, the beach is comfortable, there are many restaurants, the nature is wonderful, and the rooms are spacious. However, this time the food was worse than last year; there was practically no fish, only one type for dinner, and no seafood at all. Otherwise, it's a superb hotel.

Special thanks go to Menderes from the kitchen, Olcay from the lobby bar, and Mehmet Ali from the restaurant. They truly made our holiday wonderful.

Ms. Duru was incredibly helpful, and we instantly knew we'd enjoy our stay the moment we stepped into the hotel. This hotel offers excellent value for money; you truly get more than what you pay for. We were extremely pleased with everything and will definitely be visiting again next year.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the cleaning service was adequate. However, the 'do more with less' approach with limited staff is completely unacceptable for the service one expects from a 5-star complex. Despite this, F&B Manager Gökhan BEKTAŞ and his team were very attentive and friendly.
