L'Etoile Hotel - All Inclusive

Stayed here for 10 days, we had an amazing time! Food was lovely and that’s coming from a fussy eater.. always a choice! The entertainment team are amazing so friendly and funny (Mario and Maria) we have loved every minute and can’t wait to come back already!

Amazing hotel but the main two people were Maria and mario the entertainment team both always happy and smiling and Maria is an amazing young woman and we would come back just to see her food was nice plenty to chose from rooms cleaned daily and a small walk to shops

My daughter and I stayed a week at the L,etoile Hotel Icemala. From start to finish the Hotel Met every experience expectation . When we arrived early hours of the morning Kazim carried our bags to our room . This has never happened before at any hotel .. The staff at the Hotel are very friendly and go above and beyond to communicate. Shamus,Mamut,Tanner and Yasim made sure our tables where spotless clean and where always around to help . The food was top class all the chiefs work extremely hard to cater for a large amount of people which is to be commended .. The chose was endless . Fresh salads , soup , fresh meats hot and cold , pasta . Pizza the food was incredible .. The bars had plenty of drinks which where available all day . Ice Cream and biscuits teas and coffees available .. Value for money.. We met the animation team who where really good . Providing a variety of music to suit every taste . It must be difficult to please everyone’s needs. There was quieter times as well for people who may like an afternoon sleep . Mario, Ozzy and Maria made us feel so welcome. Great fun great entertainment. I loved the aqua gym .. I wish it could of been on longer and more than one session .. as I enjoyed it so much . Dalira the guest service manager was so professional and so where all the reception staff .. The rooms where spotless . Fresh bedding towels and even bottles of water in the fridge , and free safe in the room .. I thoroughly enjoy the whole of my holiday . I would recommend this Hotel . And will be returning again . Thank you so much

Really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Kazim took us to our room and helped us with our bags when we arrived which was good. The food was nice, with plenty of options. The staff in the restaurant are very pleasant and bring water to the table. Especially shemus and mahmout. Room was nice and comfortable. They provided bottled water in the room every day and fresh towels. The Wifi is good but sometimes the connection drops and you have to re connect. The entertainment of an evening was really good, they have acts on every night ey Turkish dancers, Latin dancing. Through the day they have darts, aqua gym, killer pool. Music was good, it’s more chilled through the day and turns off at 11 so it doesn’t disturb your sleep. Mario, Maria and Ozzy got everyone involved which was really good.

Hotel is nice and clean with good food. Lots of food choices changed daily. Daily room clean with towel changes and water provided in room. Good entertainment team Ozzy, Maria and special thanks to Mario (lots of fun and good at his job)! Poolside activities and music all great. Restaurant / bar staff special thanks to Yasim, Tamir, Seymus, Mahmet- very professional and helpful.

Currently at the hotel and have just had a Turkish bath package in the spa and I have to say i was in heaven, the staff are amazing and friendly would highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of having one treat yourself because it is worth it

We arrived on the 24th April for 3 weeks, our friend's needed to change their room because of mobility issues, they gave them a choice of rooms to pick from straight away, the rooms were cleaned everyday, the cleaner's left 2 big bottles of water everyday and were very thorough, there was an array of cold and hot food at every meal, if people complain about the food choices they are being petty, There was ice-cream biscuits and cakes from 2pm, hot snacks and salad In an afternoon,staff in the restaurant were very friendly and efficient especially Kadir, he went the extra mile for us, thank you Kadir, At the back of the hotel there is "Pier 15" an A'La Carte restaurant, you will get discount on your food if you say your staying in the hotel, there was a good choice of cocktail's, lager and spirit's , Coffee and tea, soft drinks juices pop and water, go out the back of the hotel straight onto the hotels part of the beach with free sunbeds with cushions on them, we also took our drinks from the hotel onto the beach with us, also the water taxi to Turunc and Marmaris go from this part of the beach £5.00 each way, entertainment was only just getting ready for the season, but they did have a few night of bingo quizzes dancers and musicians, we all enjoyed our holiday at this hotel and would definitely come back again, a very relaxing 3 weeks in the sun😎 Thank you all

Just returned from a week in L'Etoile and thoroughly enjoyed it. Was a little worried reading some reviews regarding music played by the entertainments team but they were fantastic music wasn't loud and definitely not "boom boom" music. Hotel room was clean and towels and bedding replaced when needed. Food was really good and a wide selection every meal time. Also snacks and ice creams available most of the day. Drinks were pleasant enough. All staff were very friendly and were quick to offer help and advice. It was difficult to find fault. If I had to suggest any improvement maybe the sensors in the gall way ( I was on floor 2) need to be a bit more sensitive as there is a slight delay in the lights coming on and the corridors are dark. But all in all a very pleasant holiday and looking to book again for later this year.

The hotel food was great and room was clean and modern.the service was good stuff kind and caring about customers like me ,and I liked it entertainment team and their activities and Maria’s interest and energy was very nice and they are also.
