Orka Lotus Beach

I loved my stay. Everything was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

For the hotel I would rate it 1 it’s not a 5 star me and my friend are disabled and they have given us a room that only had one bed then gave us a camp bed them moved us but to far and was told this was ok for people with mobility issues I’m not the only person there are a lot here that feel the same they don’t wait on u u have to do everything the cleaners are terrible I had glasses taken out my room I will never come bk but good side I had a holiday romance and really enjoyed going out into town so we making the most of it but I have to tell u the animation team are amazing and work so hard they are lovely they really make it great for the guest especially shaggy so thank u very much this hotel would be lost with out u all thank u

The hotel is good and relaxing, lovely views of the seaside and nature. Lots to do and lots of swimming pools, private beach a minutes walk. Every night mini disco for the kids, great animation team who are so friendly and good with the kids. Kids club twice a day ...Special thanks to Sofian, Pikacho and ozge and John.

nice hotel good view and beach, good food. the service was great, especially in the restaurant, the waiter Yasin was very nice smile, friendly and polite, he make perfect drink waitresses at the bar, not necessarily. everyone likes tips. Cleaning not bad

Firstly I must say I cannot believe the negative comments that I read about this hotel, myself and the wife have just spent the most enjoyable months holiday that we could ever have imagined. We arrived in the early hours of May 11th, and check in was absolutely no trouble, we and our luggage were taken to our room by the most helpful staff member in a buggy, and he showed us the various things about the room and how to set the room safety box with our own code. We stayed in this room which was a promo room for the first week, but decided that as we were there for another 3 weeks that we would really like a sea view room, and wow what a transformation it made for us, even though nothing is wrong with the promo rooms with regard to cleanliness etc, the joy it brought to us to have the panoramic views of the sea and mountains is not something that I can describe easily, but it was just magnificent and worth every extra pound that it cost. Guest relations in this hotel cannot be faulted, and special thanks go out to Rachel and Charlie who go above and beyond to be super helpful, and truly they and the reception staff do not deserve the nastiness which some guests think is ok to direct at them. If you have any special requirements for mobility or disability issues these should be detailed in your paperwork when booking the holiday, alternatively notify the reception desk when you check-in. Where possible the staff will do their best to accommodate you. Please don't take it for granted that they are mind readers. I have read that some people say the food is bland and cold, well as for blandness all I can say is we never had any problems and always found something tasty to eat, even at the end of our month, if it's cold then it is because of the guests not putting the covers back on the heated trays after they have helped themselves, and if you still can't find anything to eat, with the amount of food that is made available, then I think all inclusive is not for you. Three à la carte restaurants are on site, Turkish and Italian are free, but the Chinese is chargeable, but worth every penny. The waiters at all restaurants are first class, and are polite and courteous at all times, whether it be breakfast , lunch or evening meals. Drinks at the bars are fine, again I read guests moaning about the local alcohol, well we found them to more than satisfactory, my wife is a vodka drinker, and I drink rum and beer, so the efes and the cuba libre's went down particularly well, special thanks to Sugar around the main pool and snack area, for keeping us topped up. Beach towels are made available for free, and the beach itself is kept clean and the water is crystal clear, there are masses of sunbeds available on the beach, so no need to rush to get one early hours of the morning, but it is a different story for the main pool, even though all other pools we found it no trouble. Overall a top class hotel and staff, and we will definitely be returning next year.

Make no mistake, this is a four star hotel, not a five star hotel. The staff are mostly very helpful and friendly. If you eat the western food you may be disappointed but the Turkish food on offer is very good. The rooms can be hit or miss. I changed rooms and got a very nice room with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Mostly, the hotel is clean however I did notice that some areas weren’t. We travel a long way for peace and relaxation and sadly the main pool area, which has a lovely setting, continued to blast Euro trash pop music making it impossible to relax at this main pool area. Which is a real shame. We travel for something different, please consider Turkish music or more of it. Drinks are all inclusive so expect cheaper brands of booze. The setting of this hotel is lovely it’s slightly tired but it will cost a lot more if they upgrade and for that my personal grievances can be overlooked and I will return one day. I did have a very holiday.

Spent another wonderful day at the cabana at orka lotus,great service,basic, but great lunch,burgers, pizza,wraps etc.cold drinks always available,constant replacement of ice in drinks buckets,the cabana itself is very well presented and we were fortunate enough to book the one with it's own jacuzzi. The staff at the cabana,Bili and Serkan are just wonderful , nothing is too much trouble for them,first class service from them at all times. We will definitely be back Thank you both for such a great day
