Orka Lotus Beach

I loved my stay. Everything was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

The hotel is good and relaxing, lovely views of the seaside and nature. Lots to do and lots of swimming pools, private beach a minutes walk. Every night mini disco for the kids, great animation team who are so friendly and good with the kids. Kids club twice a day ...Special thanks to Sofian, Pikacho and ozge and John.

nice hotel good view and beach, good food. the service was great, especially in the restaurant, the waiter Yasin was very nice smile, friendly and polite, he make perfect drink waitresses at the bar, not necessarily. everyone likes tips. Cleaning not bad

Make no mistake, this is a four star hotel, not a five star hotel. The staff are mostly very helpful and friendly. If you eat the western food you may be disappointed but the Turkish food on offer is very good. The rooms can be hit or miss. I changed rooms and got a very nice room with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Mostly, the hotel is clean however I did notice that some areas weren’t. We travel a long way for peace and relaxation and sadly the main pool area, which has a lovely setting, continued to blast Euro trash pop music making it impossible to relax at this main pool area. Which is a real shame. We travel for something different, please consider Turkish music or more of it. Drinks are all inclusive so expect cheaper brands of booze. The setting of this hotel is lovely it’s slightly tired but it will cost a lot more if they upgrade and for that my personal grievances can be overlooked and I will return one day. I did have a very holiday.

Spent another wonderful day at the cabana at orka lotus,great service,basic, but great lunch,burgers, pizza,wraps etc.cold drinks always available,constant replacement of ice in drinks buckets,the cabana itself is very well presented and we were fortunate enough to book the one with it's own jacuzzi. The staff at the cabana,Bili and Serkan are just wonderful , nothing is too much trouble for them,first class service from them at all times. We will definitely be back Thank you both for such a great day

We hired a Cabana yesterday for our friends birthday. We were served by Serkan and Bilcin. These two lads are a real credit to the hotel! They were extremely professional and pleasant. They really made our day even more special! Thank you lads.

We recently stayed at this and had a mixed experience. While our overall stay was enjoyable, there were some notable drawbacks that need addressing. Firstly, the accommodation was comfortable, and the amenities provided were adequate. However, we found the food to be rather bland. Although edible, it lacked the flavor we expected from a hotel of this caliber. One of the major issues we encountered was the inconsistency in housekeeping services. Despite requesting room cleaning daily and placing the appropriate sign, our room often remained untouched for the entire day. Even when it was cleaned, the job was subpar, with the bathroom, particularly the sink and toilet, often left uncleaned. Additionally, the complimentary toiletries were not consistently restocked, and the quality of the provided shower gel and shampoo was disappointing for a five-star establishment. Furthermore, we had a negative experience with the souvenirs sold within the hotel. The vendor at the market within the hotel was unprofessional and rude, claiming their card machine was malfunctioning despite the payment going through on our end. We advise guests to explore other options for souvenirs such as shopping outside the hotel, or the other souvenir shops within the hotel as not all vendors shared the same poor attitude. The market at the far end, offering clothing items such as branded t-shirts, stood out for its reasonable prices and friendly service. Unfortunately, our disappointment didn't end there. We visited the nail salon near the spa, only to encounter misleading pricing practices. The initial price quoted increased after the treatment, and the removal of the price list from outside the shop added to the deception. Furthermore, our experience at the nail salon was disappointing. The nail technician seemed disinterested in her work and in catering to the needs of her customers. Throughout our visit, she remained preoccupied with her phone, displaying a lack of professionalism and attentiveness. Despite raising our concerns with guest relations, we found their response lacking in empathy and urgency. The lackadaisical attitude towards resolving our issue was disheartening and left us feeling undervalued as guests. In conclusion, while this hotel offers a pleasant stay with comfortable accommodation, there are areas that require improvement, particularly in housekeeping standards, guest relations, and the professionalism of vendors within the premises. Moreover, we advise guests to exercise caution if their room is situated near the main pool area. During our stay, we encountered a cockroach infestation in this vicinity, which was concerning and detracted from the otherwise pleasant ambiance of the hotel. This issue should be promptly addressed by the management to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
