nice hotel good view and beach, good food. the service was great, especially in the restaurant, the waiter Yasin was very nice smile, friendly and polite, he make perfect drink waitresses at the bar, not necessarily. everyone likes tips. Cleaning not bad

Entertainmentteam was amazing!! Hotel is awesome! Good for familys with small children We enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed with the entertainment team! Staff is very kind and helpfull if something is needed! Defenitly a go TO!!!!!!!

Entertainment team are amazing my son is 7 and loved them. The tapas bar guys are so lovely too. We had the best time. Would definitely recommend this amazing hotel and we will be back x

Orka Lotus Beach Hotel .. 7 nights ..Arrived at hotel and omg what can i say apart from lovely place , we check in then the staff took us on buggy to our room and show'd us around the room, the hotel on the whole was beautiful clean and bright . Staff very helpful and friendly especially the waiter they called Sugar by tapas pool bar he interacted with guests , playing Domminos with some , going to the bar for your drinks , balancing it on his head nothing was too much trouble for him .There was always music playing in pool bar. Bar staff in Lobby bar was always busy , with big que's there was girl collecting glasses , but with people waiting to be served , you'd think she would take orders. They had 30mins kids entertainment evening time then band singing for adults . Plenty choice of food all through the day but the food was always cold , even if we were there first thing as they open , lots of guest complained about food directly to the manager , but nothing improved . Plenty to do for everbody ,plenty bars , and pools on sight , with few shops under neath hotel and they have private beach , 20min walk to Icemer, 45min walk to Marmaris , 3Lira for taxi which takes 10mins .we always walked to Icemer. Boot trip to rhodes and the coves and market was lovely . The whole experience was lovely and would definitely return for longer. Overall shame the food was let down ..

We are absolutely delighted with the whole experience from the second we arrived and were met by lovely staff, drinks, snacks and a golf cart to take us to the room. The rooms are immaculate, good sizing and our sea view was nothing short of breathtaking both day and night. The showers are powerful, the balcony space is generous and you get a card to access daily beach towels so you don’t need to bring any with you. The food is honestly delicious. My husband is a fussy Turkish man and he ate here all day every day! It is delicious, clean and plentiful. Lots and lots of choices and a few restaurants to choose from. I was given wine & fruit in the room for my birthday and my husband organised with the manager to have roses delivered too. Every single staff member is extremely polite and cannot do enough to help you. There is a great photographer on site to capture some special pics for memories of your stay. There are a couple of little shops underneath by the beach bar for supplies or gifts. The location couldn’t be better! Turn right on the beach front for a 15 minute stroll into icmeler centre (the view along the way is outstanding). Or turn left and have a longer walk to Marmaris. You can get reception to order you a taxi or catch the local dolmus bus just outside the main gate. You could easily & happily stay with the hotel for the entire duration of your holiday, or get adventurous and book some great trips. You definitely won’t regret booking Orka lotus, it truly is a fabulous hotel!

The hotel had a few things closed because of the time of year but those that were open were very good . Good food drinks were local but very good, they weren’t many sunbeds round the pool but we just went to the beach and they were plenty there , staff did everything asked of them and were always very friendly bedroom was good size and always clean. Hotel is in a nice position to visit marmaris or ismeler one of our party had a bad foot so we got taxi only £3 I would definitely go back
