The property is just awesome located at hill top with amazing mountain view ..the food was mouth watering and the roller coasters ride to their prime will woods by Danish was out of the world the food served has tonnes of varities and the entire property is glittering like gold as suitings their business

Excellent food, staff is very hospitable and courteous, restaurant is very clean , I would recommend it for any one. Price also very reasonable. Unbelievable views if tea gardens . Thank you Asha for making our noon wonderful Five star experience

It was a great experience! I stopped by Parakkat this time for my kid's 2nd year birthday celebration. It was a wonderful experience with the whole Parakkat team. They really treated all people equally and with a lot of love and patience. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable moment. Manager-Titus is easy to approach and never says no to any request. He always makes sure all actions are taken on time. In between his busy schedule, he still managed to be part of the celebration and helped us in all possible ways. Event organizers—Mangal/Anagha (Chakki)—are very sweet, and they created the best moment for my kid. My parents liked the food, which was prepared by chef George and his team. The restaurant team was also so patient with all ages of people.

Never go to this resort.And don’t book online or on telephone.They don’t provide service as they show,staff is also pathetic.Insect was found in watermelon 🍉 juice.But they never provide satisfactory reply for that.Our Room was booked on telephonic conversation that was premium club suite.When we reached there in room,there was no refrigerator and even locker for safety of our personal belongings.Not worthy as they charge.

Price is slightly high But The hotel's amenities, including a variety of activities and a well-regarded breakfast buffet, are frequently praised, though not without suggestions for improvement. Though generally recognized for excellent service.

Excellent property which provides a wonderful experience and memorable moments 💕 especially the crew such as hr manager tinu and the chef complementary breakfast was also so good .the atmosphere of the property was also so great . The ambience and aminites provided by parakkat has a seperate space in my heart ❤️
