Overall had a good experience… but still need to improve internet & electricity facilities in the resort..

Excellent location and nice food or nice service ,superb big space of property and good ***agement also. Welcome entry is also good and all service staff work very good so I suggested that in medium budget this is better for him.

The resort has a beautiful views of Munnar Hills, is comfortable and spacious. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and welcomes you with smile all the time (like V***n on the picture) I loved it!

The leaf resort is a beautiful place to unwind and we booked the resort based on some recommendations. The food, ambience, facilities, service staff were amazing. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed thoroughly. We would like to revisit some time soon.

Very nicely maintained properly and com***dable service. All the food ordered were very tasty. Rooms are spacious with good views. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, Gokul was very generous in service.

we spent 2 nights. it was amazing experience. away from city. close to nature. beautiful leaf munaar was the best choice. everything was excellent. The staff was very helpful specially the Guest Relation staff member VEENA. she was extremely helpful. Highly recommend if you ever make a trip to Kerla

I stayed in a family Villa at the leaf from 19th to 22nd may 2024. This property is located in a scenic and beautiful location and is ***aged excellently. Its around 15Km from the Munnar town. Our accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. Though there were four of us, it was big enough and equipped with a sofa cum bed to house two more guests. Living room, bedrooms and bathrooms were in excellent condition and were well kept. There were enough activities available at the resort to keep anyone engaged at least for a day at a leisure pace. The leaf staff is very supportive and courteous and they do everything within their means to make the visit memorable. The food at their restaurant is top class and the staff makes sure you are not hungry by asking you personally if you have your meal. During one of our dinners my wife didn't like one of the dishes served. The staff noticed her displeasure even without explicitly telling and promptly offered to serve us a replacement dish, and they did it. The review would be incomplete without the mention of Shilpa at the front desk. We were welcomed at the resort by a smiling Shilpa with the tika thali in her hands and she kind of played the role of courteous and caring host throughout our 3 night stay at the property. On my request she arranged a sight seeing tour for my family with well behaved driver who also dobled up as a tour guide cum photographer. For sight seeing tour we directly paid to the driver. At last at the checkout she was still there to bid us adieu.

First resort in our journey where we can't find any flaws. Excellent place in munnar. Planned our cousins get together at this resorts based on reviews but it is more than what mentioned in reviews 1. Excellent reception team with polite and calm answers to all the people's with same sort of smiles 2.Very quick house keeping 3.very big property with all amenities(play area for kids,Recreation place for both kids and adults,shuttle and basketball area,swimming pool,covered with full of trees,plants and flowers. 4.Delicious food-Variety variety of foods for breakfast and Excellent menus for dinner with good quality of taste. 5.One whole day we can spend at this resort(One day tourist spot of munnar) 6.All age friendly resort 7.Normally we use to get grand welcome when we check in into any resort that is quite normal but here we personally we felt one thing emotion that entire reception team came out and send off us.(Kids got more attached to all the people over there) 8.while leaving from there, they took us photo and gave hard copy to us. Must place to go. Staffs those who touches our heart 1.Mr.Anoop Front office ***ager 2.Ms Remys Front Office Assistant They both handled each and every people very perfectly Right people at Right Place. 3.Ms Veena GRE 4.Ms Shilpa GRE Two favorite persons for us. Smiling face will never tired them. Our kids got very close to them. 5.Khaleen Trainne Such a wonderful brother. He is a good learner. Giving his best. Smiling face. Hardworker All the above 5 peoples made us to feel them as our family member In restaurant area we met 6.Ms Unnimaya who served food with smiling face and very polite too from day 1 to day 4.
