Away from hustle bustle of city traffic well placed among tea plantations a lovely place to stay for a day or two relaxing the climate the fresh air and the great ambiance this place offers. There is only cottages and suites and no building rooms which makes the stay even special with each cottage having their own balcony. The suites come with their private swimming pool as well. There is high view point from where you can enjoy the hilly views. The breakfast is pretty decent spread.

Overall super-ab experience. Hospitality, food, rooms and service all are good. Staffs are highly trained and professional. Pool, kids area and green turf will spare children. Only limitation (not negative) i felt during the stay is lack of full privacy.

There was poor compliance related to check in, food quality and food choices. We were travel-ling with a baby and made to wait over 2 hours for check in. Even then the room was not ready.

Food buffet dinner needs improvement with respect to item spread and taste, breakfast was pretty good. Poorly maintained kids play area. Rooms are clean. Not worth this price.

1. Food was terrible. For a buffet dinner the deserts were a fruit custard and chocolate ice-cream nothing else. 2. No outdoor activities. 3. The roads/pathways and landscape was too steep to even walk around the property.

The stay and facilities were good. The location is on a hill station so elderly people can find it difficult to roam inside the resort.

Property is on a hill slope, with strategically placed cottages and rooms amid-st a tea garden. It is well maintained. Rooms are clean and well stocked with toiletries and tea/coffee arrangements. Staff are extremely well groomed and provides a homely feel to guests.
