The hotel is clean. A historic building, comfortable tatami room, large room, the famous product store on the first floor sells a lot of things, quiet, and slept well. Recommended 🥷🥷🥷🥷🥷

The room size is generally enough, the hot spring is reliable, and the location is good, only 4 kilometers away from Ueno Castle. This hot spring is open to the public, so many people come, but the hot spring pool is also relatively large.

お風呂は広くてジャグジーがあって露天風呂もあってよかった。

温泉がとても清潔で湯質もよいのでお気に入りのホテルです。伊賀市に用事があるときはいつもサンピアさんにお世話になっています。 今回はレストランで晩酌セットをいただきました。どのおつまみもお酒に合う美味しいものばかりでした。 冷奴の量多いかなー😅って思ったのですがお豆腐がとてもおいしくてぺろっと消えました。

Very nice Hotel. We arrived at the wrong train station at the wrong time. Nonetheless they send their shuttle and got us there. Our son lost his turtle magnet (not expensive but he liked it a lot). They really tried it and found it eventually.
