Second time we stay in this fantastic place .. in the super penthouse with Jacuzzi .. what can I say .. we always go back to where we had a good time! Perfect stay from start to finish, the welcome from the owners and all the staff was very warm, the cuisine is impeccable headed by a chef with very high potential, housekeeping here too, nothing to say! The strong point of the hotel is the heated swimming pool (and kitchen 🤪) so if you don't feel like jumping into the sea every now and then, the swimming pool with hydromassage is even more satisfying than the sea itself. I would also add that the girl in the beachfront bar prepares bomb cocktails! The super penthouse with Jacuzzi has cutting-edge materials and a lighting system, furnished in a simple but elegant and very modern way, complete with an induction hob kitchen. Impossible for us to give less than 5 stars, and needless to say we will be back! Thanks to all the staff for this wonderful gun vacation!

We stayed a week in this 3-star hotel, in a superior room, but we were very disappointed. PROS: the proximity to the sea and the swimming pool; the sea is just a stone's throw from the hotel and the swimming pool is a valid alternative to the beach. CONS: meals, cleaning and organization. We were very disappointed with the meals, all very basic and repetitive. The buffet that preceded the meals was always the same (potatoes, small pizzas, grilled zucchini and omelette made with leftovers). First and second courses very school canteen style, we found on the menu, 5 days out of 7, escalope in any sauce, and pasta with peas..not to mention the omelettes!! But if adults can also be satisfied and turn a blind eye (even if they shouldn't), this cannot be done for children. For 7 days the option was only pasta with tomato sauce or ragû. Let's not talk about the desserts which for 7 days were only exclusively mousses (of only one type, there was no alternative) or pineapple or peach. It is not possible that in a 3-star hotel, with families with children, there cannot be 2 scoops of ice cream or slices of cake left over for breakfast. Furthermore, if you arrive 10 minutes after the dining room opens, you risk not finding jugs of water and having dinner without them! One evening I found a beard hair in a dish, they took it away from me laughing without apologizing or trying to fix it. Room cleaning leaves something to be desired. We found a lot of dust and it is never vacuumed. Going only with a broom and a wet cloth runs the risk of always leaving sand everywhere. Furthermore, the furniture and the wall are quite marked (perhaps from the bumps of the luggage) and being white, both the furniture and the walls, the effect is not the best. The bathroom was large but with some flaws: after two days the towel rail above the toilet came off and there were no saucers to support the soap. The normal-sized balcony did not give the possibility of sitting out to see the glimpse of the sea as it had no chairs and for hanging out there was a miserable 30x30 drying rack with 2 clothespins. The bike rental service leaves something to be desired as there are only 4 bikes available and only one with a child seat. If there are two families going out at night, they have to compete! The terrace described on the site is under construction as there is only a sofa surrounded by material scattered here and there looking for its accommodation. From the outside it is a nice hotel that needs to be reviewed inside, certainly not a 3-star hotel.

We are a couple with a 10 month old baby and we stayed at this property for 5 nights at the end of July 2022, attracted by the photos and the affordable price. THE STRUCTURE The structure has been recently renovated, both in the common areas and in the rooms. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which tends to be a larger room than a normal one with a bigger TV. Our room was modern and spacious, with a double bed (which were actually two single beds pushed together), a sofa bed, a desk with chair and a mini fridge. After our request, we were also provided with a camping cot for the baby. The trea**ent chosen by us was the All Inclusive formula, which compared to full board gave the possibility to have drinks during meals (wine, Pepsi). Breakfast and meals are served in a common dining room on the first floor, where there is also a play area for children. The affiliated bathroom is a 3-minute walk from the hotel, they provided us with 2 beach towels, 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for the duration of the stay. OUR EXPERIENCE After having given a general description of the structure, I would now like to focus on our experience. Let's start with the structure: the hotel has been recently renovated, but it is clear that there is still work to be done. As you walk around the floors you will notice things like unbuilt cable ducts, flying sockets, disassembled fire buttons. The panoramic terrace is an open-air construction site, including disassembled sunbeds, sofas without cushions and positions without sun cover. The heated pool is heated by the sun's rays I guess, because in 5 days I don't think I've ever found the water above 20-25 °. As for our room, the morning after our arrival I reported that the bidet was completely unglued from the bathroom floor and wall, making it unusable, and that the entrance door to the room was having a hard time opening. We are told after a day that the bidet had been fixed, so on the morning of the fourth day my partner decides to use it (we always used the shower in the previous days, inevitably). The result was that the bidet overturned, cracking on the floor on impact and causing my partner to fall badly. After reporting the matter, the bidet is replaced after 1 day, it is left completely dirty, and moreover they forget to reopen the water in the room, with consequent waiting for another 2 hours with a child to change and wash. In total over 5 nights I'm bidet we have never been able to use it practically. There are also the structures for the soap holders, but not the saucers, or rather, on two structures there was only one saucer, so you practically had to rotate depending on which sanitary you should have used. The cleaning of the room is brief, the vacuum cleaner is never passed but only one

We stayed in this hotel from 08/12/22 to 08/17/22 and we enjoyed it very much. ROOM: Very comfortable, spacious, clean. Spacious balcony with two chairs. Partial sea view. The bathroom was very spacious, clean, very spacious shower. PARKING: We have been assigned a parking space for the duration of our stay. We were free to move at any time. BEACH: The hotel has an agreement with the Gino bathroom which is located a few steps from the hotel. POOL: Very nice, small but effective. Equipped with whirlpool. FOOD: We chose the All Inclusive formula so we always ate at the hotel. Breakfast: the choice at the buffet was varied. The only flaw is certainly the coffee machine ... you feel that it is the classic machine that you also find in the workplace. Lunch / Dinner: for lunch and dinner you have the possibility to choose between 3 first and 3 second courses. Food is good. We noticed there was little choice of fish but for us it wasn't a problem. Ditto for sweets. There is little imagination and we preferred not to take them. For the rest all very good. STAFF: All the staff were helpful and kind. Always smiling and ready to listen to our requests. We are absolutely delighted to say a few words about the young waiter Saverio. He followed us at every lunch and every dinner always with a smile on his face and always with absolute kindness. Well done.

Ci rivediamo presto..in 3!
