Morada Hotels

When I arrived at the hotel I was kept waiting after a long connection flight for close to an hour. Eventually when they found my reservation, they had given my room to someone else. I was put in a room with broken and substandard amenities. When I complained, my room was changed the next day. In this other room , There were exposed wiring, broken toilet seat. Broken drainage grill in the bathroom/ toilet. They also decided to start repair work in the room above me and started hammering continuously over my head. I went out to the bank to execute a transaction. On my return I found my hand mirror which I brought with me from England, smashed up and, when I complained, linty was denied. There is black mould on the ceiling and the place lacks the barest minimal in any semblance of a hotel accommodation. Please avoid at all costs

The location is fine the drivers are deceptive with dere bargaining

The hotel was located in a very serene and tranquil environment. The staff are so polite and welcoming and are always ready to help. The receptionist are exceptional and the service was great.👍

Wrong location , and after 20 minutes I found it but there is no one open the gate and not safe area
