My experience in bon hotel was a memorable one, starting from the security guards at gate,they were on top of their job. The pool area is a wonderful place to visit with your family and friends, while the bar area is unique and also wonderful staffs. We really enjoyed their meal and the service render was on point. The atmosphere is quite friendly and the hotel facilities are topnuch 👍 I recommend the hotel to all who want value for their money.

The security guards are always professional, respectful, and attentive. They are very welcoming at the entrance, polite when giving directions, and make you feel safe throughout your stay. I really appreciate how approachable they are and how they handle their duties with calmness and efficiency. Experience not worth it as what other hotels provide for free has to be paid for here. No toothpaste, no iron, no slippers etc Also the female staff at the restaurant lacks empathy. I went in for breakfast and along the line my daughter wasn't feeling fine. I took warm water for her to take and one of the staff there said I can't take water. Haha, spending 5days with family in such an hotel is not worth it at all. Other intending lodgers should take note.
