Excellent hotel and nice staff. Great food at the restaurant. Nice pool. Close to the beach. I was here for a strategic retreat with my colleagues and it was easy, beautiful and relaxing. In particular, the restaurant waiters and the front desk staff went out of their way to make my stay easy.

We originally booked this hotel on *******, but when we checked in, we found out that the room didn't have a ocean view. So we ended up paying a lot more to get a better room. We liked the hotel as it was beautiful and we love the location. What we didn't like was the following, no patio furniture as it shows on there photos. It's seems like furniture was also missing, big size with no couch, table etc. The weather was very nasty so we couldn't swim in the pool or the ocean. The Room service was awful and the server didn't bring any napkins, condiments or a bottle opener to open my beer. The food was not prepared well and was bland. The breakfast was OK, nothing great. Over all I felt we had overpaid for what we got. Though this hotel was probably one best on the island. We didn't like the shower as it was tiny and difficult to get to move around. The bathtub was great. I suggest coming here when it's not the rainy season.

Super recomendo. Funcionários atenciosos, suíte luxuosa e uma vista esplêndida. Passamos a noite de núpcias com uma experiência excepcional neste hotel maravilhoso. Tudo impecável, eu e meu esposo ficamos lisonjeados. Com certeza, essa estadia contribuiu para eternizar nosso momento!!!

Hotel com excelente localização, instalações com muito conforto, em meio à natureza, numa atmostera de paz e muita energia positiva. Paisagismo maravilhoso, cantinhos super charmosos com fontes , que convidam ao descanso. É pet friendly, o que permite compartilhar os momentos com nossos aumigos. Excelente atendimento e instalações. Localização perfeita . Equidistante das principais praias do sul e norte da Ilha. Recomendo. Principalmente as suites Belveder. O conforto e a vista são de tirar o fôlego. Minha segunda estadia. Não me vejo em outra hospedagem em Ilha Bela.

Hotel muito bem conservado, funcionários atenciosos, limpeza impecável! Excelente custo benefício! O spa é ótimo. O café da manhã oferecido contém todos os itens necessários. O chuveiro é muito bom. O quarto (vip) é espaçoso e os itens de higiene fornecidos são de ótima qualidade!

Recomendadíssimo. Café da manhã excepcional, funcionários extremamente atenciosos e prestativos . Desde a recepção até a equipe da cozinha . Um ponto altíssimo foi por serem petfriendly ( temos uma golden e um husky lab) . Infraestrutura espetacular. Vista incrível , um charme a parte os barcos parados . Água cristalina . Basta atravessar a rua . O hotel fica em frente .Nada a reclamar. Conta do os dias para nossa próxima estadia .
