Right from the beginning, I would like to mention that for 15 years we have been going on vacation to Turkey every year at the beginning of September. This hotel seemed to us one of the best we have been to so far (among others we have been to Royal Holiday Palace, Royal Dragon, Royal Alhambra, Delphin Palace Lara, Delphin Deluxe Alanya, Granada Luxury Belek, etc.). The food was very varied and very tasty. Every day there is grilled fish (at least 3 dishes), grilled lamb/beef/chicken/turkey meat, plus a multitude of salads and an enormous amount of sweets. The cleanliness in the hotel is exemplary. What I liked and it is worth appreciating was that throughout the hotel there were bosses (management personnel) who checked and coordinated the employees' activity. I witnessed a "rebuke" of an employee who had not cleaned the toilets on the beach perfectly (although it seemed to me that it was quite clean). The staff was very respectful and very ok. Indeed, they speak more German, but I had no problems with English either. Someone said in a comment that when you ask for whiskey, they give you theirs, Turkish, even if you paid Ultra All Inclusive. It's like that everywhere in Turkey, but if you go and order Wiskey Ballantines (for example), that's exactly what you'll get. I have not been refused even once, no one is against serving you, but you have to ask for exactly what you want. The restaurant on the beach should be praised, prompt service, sufficient staff, good food plus a wide variety of fruits available. Very good for a "snack restaurant". Regarding the tip, no one asked us, it never happened that someone didn't serve us or expect a tip. The evening shows are very good. Although the hotel was full, I didn't feel crowded at all, neither at the table nor at the bars, maybe only a little on the beach. Overall, the hotel was superb, I could point out only a few minuses (which can be easily solved): 1. At certain times of the day, especially in the evening, after 6 p.m., in the bathroom in the shower room, the water from the shower alternates between boiling and cold, you cannot take a shower as you would like at a constant temperature. I don't know if it's like that in all corps, we were in Corps B. 2. The bar lacks "natural" non-carbonated juices, in a box (tetra-pak), they only have "natural" juices in the dispenser, plus those from the Pepsi range. 3. Lack of internet at the beach. There is a network, you can connect to it, but the internet does not work. It's not a big minus, but..... it can be improved! In conclusion, congratulations to the hotel management team and congratulations to all the employees who make efforts to make everything as good as possible for us! I think we will return to this hotel, although normally we don't want to go to the same hotel twice.
