Paloma Oceana

We got married in Paloma Oceana on 30/09/23 . It was our special day with family and friends . Hotel is absolutely amazing and we had really great hospitality before wedding and just after . Beautiful food and great entertainment. October fest was really great surprise . Hotel staff absolutely amazing . I couldn’t wish for better place to have our wedding .

Perfect family holiday, can’t fault this hotel on anything catered for all our needs, food was excellent the main buffet restaurant had a wide range of foods to choose from and was slightly different day to day. The snack and pizza restaurant also very good. The hotel has its own beach witch and various bars located around the complex serving great cocktails and local branded drinks. There are two main pool areas to choose from and we had no issues getting sun beds each day, a small water park with slides was also great fun. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need, cleaned daily and the free mini bar topped up each morning. The hotel was very clean and located about 10min taxi ride to side town. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. All in all a 5 star stay and can’t fault anything on our 7 day family holiday. Perfect

Excellent hotel.food service location beach shopping. Too many cats in the gardens. Be careful where you sit. I got flea bites by sitting on cushioned seats. A hotel to make a return visit.

5 star hospitality from the start. I stayed in a villa and the staff could not do enough for myself and my friend when we stayed. The 2 guys running the private bar at the villas worked constantly from morning to midnight often fetching us beer from other bars as a certain brand was being run down in the hotel. The food choices were second to none throughout the eating establishments and we managed to book 4 a al carte restaurants whilst there. The hotel is situated 2 minutes from an array of shops if you wanted to wander and haggle the shop owners for something. Highly recommended.

Would like to express how good the spa facilities are at this hotel the prices are fair and the medical massage that I received was 1st class and as a disabled person with a back problem the staff were 1st class 10/10 recommended highly Hido will do some good prices worth going to

I came alone for a 10 night vacation to Paloma Oceana. For this reason it is very valuable for me to feel safe and peaceful in the hotel where I stay. The staff at the hotel helped me a lot in every matter they were very art to my requests, especially I would like to express my special thanks to Nur from Guest Relations and to the her team they always wanted to make sure that everything is okay. They and reception staff helped me with the room change and I very grateful for that. Thank you very much Fabio, Rose, Emre, Aziz and Yasin from the animation team you always made me happy with your wonderful energy. And last but not least the wonderful bartender Cantekin who always take care of me and brought me strawberries, you are great. I recommend it to everyone and this place is the best.

We’ve just arrived home from an amazing 2 weeks at the Paloma Oceana. We stayed from 24th Mar-7th April so had one week ‘out of season’ and one week ‘in season’. We travelled with my 7 month old baby. Location - The hotel is situated on a ***** where there are plenty of shops when you step outside and feels very safe. Those working in the shops were very friendly and not pushy at all so my mother-in-law and I felt very comfortable shopping by ourselves. Cleanliness- Everything was so clean and well looked after here. Even the hotel cats were super friendly and clean (and I’m not really a cat person myself). Food & drink - Great selection of cocktails - I did like how they change up the menu for food and drinks for the different seasons. We ate at the Mediterranean, Turkish and Asian a la crate restaurant and the food was beautiful. The buffet restaurant food is also very good with a good variety. Was really impressed by the baby food selection in the buffet restaurant too. We did feel that the food at the buffet restaurant was slightly better during our first week, we felt this might have been because it was busier during our 2nd week and they were having to put more food out? But over all still great quality! Entertainment- The entertainment team were fantastic- special mention to Emre and Fabio who were so friendly and really helpful throughout our stay. My baby really enjoyed the mini disco and Kitty from the mini club was great at leading these. Evening entertainment was well varied with a mixture of live music and shows. We really enjoyed the African acrobatic show which we watched Friday night! Service- The staff were all so friendly and really helpful. A few standout members were Çilem and Tolga at the Aqua bar. Çilem in particular was brilliant, she really looked after us and our baby the whole time and our glasses were never empty for long! Tolga was also very quick and efficient with our drinks orders and made fabulous cocktails! He also cut up fruit for my baby too which was really nice. Murat from the pizzeria was really caring and a great waiter - would always check on us and make sure us and the baby were all good and would bring out extra dishes/ yoghurts for our baby which he thought he would enjoy (and he always inevitably did!) Adem who worked at Quentine at lunchtime and would work in the buffet restaurant during the evenings was amazing too. Glasses were always topped up with wine without us having to ask and plates cleared quickly. Such an efficient worker and a real asset to the buffet restaurant and you could tell as his area was always the busiest! The bartender in the Piano bar (we forgot to take note of his name) but he was the main bartender there during our stay was again incredible. All he had to do was see my husband making his way over to him and he’d know his drink order straight away! Guest relations- Best guest relations service I’ve ever experienced. Back from another superb visit to the Paloma Oceana in Side, Turkey. Once again we had a great holiday, which was helped by the fantastic winter sunshine! The hotel is extremely well appointed, with spacious and comfortable public spaces, and beautifully designed bedrooms. A new addition this year is the extended beach bar and cafe, where you can sit outside to enjoy an al fresco lunch. The main hotel restaurant is back to pre Covid standards, with a multitude of different dishes available, with many of the produce from the hotels own organic farm. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, but special mention should go to Cuma for his welcoming and attentive service. We shall definitely be returning!
