Avida Towers Atria by RedDoorz

we really love staying in this kind of condo. so clean, wifi is excellent, and for us, We highly recommend this place if u want to stay near sm ct

Its not good theres a lot of cockroach and The sink got clogged.

Nice and comfortable

I enjoy the space so comfortable spacious, but the ac is slightly dirty and can't produce cold air faster. Overall it's the best experience quite place, clean unit and smoke free.

No WiFi, host does not respond on call and msg.

I should've taken pictures when I was there, but didn't because I only stayed for one night. But I saw not one, not two, not three, but five different roaches. It was so disgusting. I killed them all and was afraid to sleep on the bed in case there were some. So I ended up sleeping on the couch. The toilet doesn't flush, the water doesn't work, so I had to resort to using the bucket. Which was humiliating considering that I needed to go number two, so I did not appreciate doing that early in the morning. The guards were pretty nice, but I kinda was sad. That outside parking is 50 pesos while inside parking in the garage is 200 pesos. That's kind of a big jump. Anyways, I kind of give it a 2.5 out of five stars. Maybe I'll stay in a different room if I'm in avida tower again, just not that one.

I had a pleasant stay at Avida Towers Atria. The amenities were definitely the highlight—top-notch and very enjoyable! The room was clean and the location is quite convenient for getting around. While the service was just okay and could use a bit of improvement in terms of responsiveness, the overall experience was good for a solo traveler. Great value for the facilities provided.

We had a nice stay with my wife Clean facilities Nice view from the balcony

First of all, i received an email to contact the host for the instructions, called the provided number but couldnt be reached so i sent a msg to that number but never get any replies. Good thing this wasnt my first time renting there and i took a picture of the contact numbers posted from my previous room, so i contacted that number and she replied (but what if i haven’t taken a picture of the host’s contact number? I would be left hanging) room 412 toilet bowl was very very disgusting. You can literally see the pee droppings. Wifi was not working, i had to contact the host regarding the concern, they should have included the wifi password along with their instructions. Water heater isn’t working. Like for real? lol
