Vermillion Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, relaxing, and elegantly designed, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience. The food was excellent, with a great selection of delicious dishes that exceeded my expectations. Every meal was well-prepared and enjoyable. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. The area is very peaceful and the room is very comfortable to sleep also the food is very so delicious and the staff are very welcoming and hospitable to the guest.. My only concerned is there is no water in the bidet we didn’t ask any assistant because we can find other ways to get the water.. But overall the hotel is so amazing 😊

Had a wonderful stay as a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The location was convenient, and the amenities made our stay even more relaxing especially the pool🤩. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends🥰 Looking forward to staying here again!

Minimalist rooms but got everything we need

It’s spacious and comfortable, not very new but still well maintained. We had a pleasant stay for our family gatherings, would like to come back again!

The rest of the service staff, especially the pool attendant, deserves a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating! He made sure the kids always had fresh towels and even gave us extra chairs. His attentiveness and excellent service really stood out. Keep it up! I wish I had gotten his name so I could recognise him personally. On the other hand, I would only give the receptionist (Guy) a ⭐. I get that it’s part of his job to check the number of guests in a booking, but the way he handled it felt more like an officer checking on a guest. I’ve been to many hotels, both local and international, and this was my first time feeling uncomfortable. Since the hotel is still new and wants to be seen as a luxury brand, the level of professionalism and hospitality at the front desk should match the hotel’s overall standards. A more welcoming and courteous approach would really make a better first impression.

Good Points Vermillion is one of the best hotels for those who want a spacious, serene, and real retreat-like experience in the city. The room is quiet, very spacious, spotless clean, and comes with a veranda. The hotel may be an old structure, but it has been beautifully renovated with a modern and contemporary touch. The lobby is also very clean, welcoming, and impressively spacious. The personnel are courteous, very friendly, honest, and attentive, especially in the restaurant. Their service gives the place a warm and comfortable atmosphere. They also have three available restaurants/bars at the lobby, which gives guests convenient options without having to leave the hotel. Downside As to the food, the selection is limited compared to other hotels. I also did not try the pool for several reasons. First, it is detached from the hotel, so guests need to go out to access it. Second, it is exposed to the sun for most of the day. Third, the pool hours are limited from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, which is still sunny and hot, especially for those who prefer a more relaxing swim later in the day. Overall If you need rest, quiet, space, and a peaceful retreat in the city, Vermillion is one of the best choices. It may not have the widest food selection, and the pool setup may not be ideal for everyone, but the spacious rooms, serene atmosphere, cleanliness, and courteous personnel make the stay truly worth it.
