Ong Bun Pension House

I booked two beds, but I heard later that a staff member accidentally assigned my reservation to someone else. They explained that Trip.com bookings don’t update accurately or quickly in their system. As someone who regularly stays here, this experience is really disappointing. I expected better consistency, especially since I’ve never had issues with my bookings before. I booked early specifically to avoid problems like this because I trust your establishment. However, your staff told me that I booked late, which contradicts the confirmed reservation I received online. How do you explain a confirmed booking being treated as late when it was already secured through the system?

Ong Bun Pension House is a decent and budget-friendly place to stay. The location is convenient and the place itself is generally okay for short stays. The rooms are simple but comfortable enough if you’re just looking for a place to rest after a day of exploring. However, one thing to note is that the number of CRs and shower rooms is quite limited, which can sometimes be inconvenient when many guests are staying at the same time. There may be times when you have to wait, especially during busy hours. Overall, it’s still a reasonable option if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and don’t mind the shared facilities.

Only 1 cr for the whole floor. Toilet is clogged. Pillows stink. Pillow case with molds. Upside is, it’s in the very center of the city proper where commuting is easier.

The customer service of trip.com is very generous to cater the services of the client however this Ong bun pension house caused me a horrible experience that the staff did not inform me ahead about the charges for rhe early check in that I arrived 7am and charged me for the whole days room rates well in fact I checked out early co of horrible room experience.  Not recommended and be not deceived with low cost not worth it to stay with.  Goad that trip.com refunded my charges for they care for the customer’s need.
