Very practical. The hotel is close to central city and very friendly staff

Clean room, friendly service - AIR-CONDITIONED Sana ol

Location is not bad, had nothing to do as there's nothing special near there. But there is a big mall if you walk a bit.

hotel is nicley located near SM iloilo and there are a lot of cheap food choices outside and inside the hotel. our concern is that the walls are thin and made of plywood which we can easily hear the neighbors conversation and TV. Service and cleanliness is ok, parking is very limited

Pretty good - no major problems. The food in their restaurant was surprisingly good and not more expensive than those at the SM mall. SM is a short walk over the sky bridge where there are many places to walkabout ...

The room was clean. Hotel is Near SM city. But I felt no privacy, Ive noticed there is a small hole on the wall partially covered by a sticker. It’s creepy so I removed the no smoking sign on the table and stick it on top of the sticker covering the hole to make sure no one’s watching me.

Pros: The hotel's location is super convenient, just across a major road from SM Mall. Cons: Not enough power outlets in the room, and amenities were insufficient (I booked a twin room for two, but only got one toothbrush set). The soundproofing definitely needs improvement (when the next door room opened their door, it sounded like someone was opening mine). Also, the shower curtain could be longer; water still splattered out during showers.

Ideal location, however i encountered a problem with the water supply. I’m about to take a shower before i check out before 10am and there’s a water outages for some reason.

Another good point is the food at Aviary, their restaurant. The food is affordable and convenient, especially for guests who prefer to dine within the hotel. I have checked in here countless times already, and J7 has remained one of my reliable choices. For its price, location, room quality, and service, it is truly worth it. Overall J7 Hotel is affordable, convenient, comfortable, and dependable. Whenever I need a good place to stay without spending too much, J7 is always a good choice.

I stayed for one night and was very satisfied. The facilities were clean, it was close to SM, and the staff's kindness goes without saying. I also think it's good value for money. Very, very satisfied!

Staff were nice but need to update pictures because the standard rooms are NOTHING like what’s showed in the pictures. It’s a tiny hotel room, but the pictures for “standard” room looks like a suite and claims it has a balcony. But there is no balcony and the room is so small. That being said. The staff were nice.

The hotel is near SM Iloilo and is very convenient. Staff are very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Overall stay is excellent. Rooms are wide and clean, all rooms we booked has heaters. They change towels and cleans rooms everyday.
