I had a wonderful stay here. The room was well-kept, the entire premises were spotless, and the staff was very attentive and accommodating. The pricing was also fair for the services and amenities provided, offering excellent value for money. Overall, it was a truly comfortable and worthwhile experience.

The room is not clean no mirror provided the tv is not even functioning and there were no outlet besides your bed which is so hard since you need to get up just to check you phone If it full charge or not It's just bad room to stay not work for you payment

Actually January 18 pa ako nag book pag dating ku sa araw ng check in ku super late na pa 9pm na subrang pagud namin sa byahi kung san pa kami pg dating dun pa nila inayos ung room nag hintay pa kmi ng ilang minutes 9pm na yun pru January 18 pa ako nag book tapus amoy alikabok ang room at ma alikabok tlga pati Cr hindi na linisan ng maayus ung kama na single pinag sabay tinagpi tagpi pa nila hindi tlga maayus ung room at bed base on my experience pati CR hindi mlng inayus bag o dumating ung guest hindi tlga okay ung experience ko

Staff is good no toiletries given except towel and a roll of tissue. Toilet is dirty water pressure is weak toilet bowl have stains not working din ang heater.

The place is good but the linen is old

the room smells like kulob. The comfort room was dirty with hairs clogging the drain, the faucets and shower is not working well. i was not able to take picture but i have a video of it.

Not recommended. Pangit yung cr, madumi. Amoy kulob, madilim. basta not recommended.

The bed sheets were uncomfortable and it’s itchy to skin. There’s no collection of garbage service. No cleaning of room when I go out of the hotel. There’s no canteen, you have to go out to have some food. It’s not advisable for laidback Traveller or late night check in unless if you have Grab app for food delivery. Not a good choice for budget friendly travel.

Our 1 night stay was quite happy, we had to walk a bit just to get a transport service.

Nice place but quite far from the city. If you like quiet place then this is the perfect place for you.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. On the first day of my stay, the room was dusty and there were countless hairs on the bed. The air conditioner was also out of order and I had to have my room changed. However, even after the room change, the bed sheets had many hairballs and the room was not clean. The cold air from the air conditioner was dusty and gave me a sore throat. The worst part is the staff and attitude of this hotel. My room had a broken water heater and the shower was water. I asked for it to be repaired on the first day, but the staff told me, "The repairman will be here tomorrow at noon." The next day and the day after that, the shower was still water and I complained to the staff several times. On the third night of my stay, the staff told me, "The repairman will be here 100% tomorrow at noon. The next day, the next day, and the day after that, the hot shower was still not working. They lied to me and the shower in my room remained cold water for the entire time I was there. The hotel did not give me any guarantee for this. No elevator, no water server, no towels, no Wi-Fi in the room, and so on.

The staff was friendly.. i've booked here before and the service was good.. only towel was provided and no others.. the place was good... The room was located in the 3rd floor and you need to use stairs only but it is ok.. i should say that i will still choose to stay in Reddoorz ledesco..

The staff was friendly and helpful since yung isang room is may issue sa AC so I asked her to check and she did pero same padin so she decided so transfer my friend to another room. The location is nice malapit sa mall but about the cleanliness dati okay sya since always kami nag stay dito maybe kulang na sila sa staff that's why other area's is hindi okay but it's a good stay.
