Hotel Del Rio

It was a great stay. Staff was accommodating and assisted us all throughout.

this is our favorite Hotel. Affordable and perfect location. Clean and the foods (buffet) are delicious. Staff are all polite, kind and very friendly.

Hotel Deli Rio... Overall a wonderful stay! ✨ The hotel is really nice. To be honest, the lobby doesn’t have that super fancy, fresh, expensive vibe when you first walk in... but it has this lovely mix of vintage, classy, and European style that feels so charming. 🤍 The receptionists were great, and all the staff were so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Just one small thing... the carpet on the staircasea and room had a bit of a moldy smell, I’m not sure if it’s just not well-maintained or because it’s typhoon season and the air is humid. That was the only downside for me. But our room was spacious, the AC was cool, and everything was clean! They even made a cute towel design on the bed for our anniversary... such a sweet touch 🥰 Beddings were fresh and clean too. Breakfast was the main star! ⭐ They change the menu every single day... and everything was perfectly seasoned, nothing was too salty. Everything was so good! Except the daing... that one was a little salty haha 😂... but everything else was absolutely superb. Loved the location too! The back gate is accessible, so we could easily walk to the Esplanade, go to Alicia’s Batchoy, and even SM. The air was so cool and nice that night.. perfect weather for walking that distance. 🚶♀️ Overall, it was a really good stay. We would definitely come back! 💛

The food was good, and the service crew was very, very nice, especially at the breakfast buffet restaurant. They were very welcoming, friendly, and attentive.

Great service! The bed sheets were dirty but they apologized and changed it immediately.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Staff Support We stayed one night at Del Rio in Iloilo and it turned out to be a memorable experience, thanks mainly to the incredibly caring and professional Front Office staff. During our stay, I suddenly experienced a massive abdominal pain . The FO team was amazing — they immediately assisted me, provided painkillers, prepared a hot compress, and even called a medic to ensure I received proper treatment. Their genuine concern and quick action really made us feel well taken care of. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. The breakfast the next morning was incredible, with a wide variety of choices ranging from delicious local Iloilo dishes to continental options. Everything was fresh and tasty — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved having direct access to the Esplanade, which made for a perfect morning run with beautiful views. The only downside was that the pool was not operating during our visit. Overall, despite the short stay, Del Rio left a very positive impression because of its helpful staff and great breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Iloilo. Highly recommended!
