Free shuttle to the hotel, which is not far from the airport. Nice view from the restaurant and the living hall. Our apartment 915 is the corner unit with bedroom facing the road, which is a negative. The bathroom will be flooded with water when you take shower is another negative for staying at the apartment. The size of the apartment is great for longer stay, and we are able to cook inside the apartment. Good wifi speed. Shuttle service to city centre available at 15 DKK one way. Else, you can walk about 25 mins to the city centre.

You can’t beat this view. Umiaq building has the best view..

Myself and Hubby Air Greenland flight was cancelled on 28th August due to bad weather and scheduled to fly on 30th August. Emailed the hotel multiple times but didn’t get a reply. Call hotel directly and spoke to Charles who is helpful to say that my booking is still valid and will put a note to the reservation team moreover in my message me exchange with trip.com it also shows that my booking is still valid. Check in on the 30th August upon arrival but was told by the front desk guy(fair skinned with beard) that it was a no show. He managed to get us a room and said if a junior suite is ok for us instead because we booked and fully paid for an apartment. We accepted the offer and found out later that Room 503 is only a superior room and not a junior suite. Aside from many guests review of bad service from the staffs , being dishonest is bad.
