The room size was great, the facilities likewise. The view - Bellisimo ;) The breakfast... italian - (Cake, with more cake and coffee.) The staff, great on italian, not so much english. The terme, was like a small inside pool.

Sergio is THE BEST MANAGER, always going the extra mile. The waiting staff were highly professional and the maid service was exemplary. The facilities are of a good standard and not overcrowded even in high season.

The area was famed by royals and the elite already in early 19th century. And it is truly beautiful.. stunning setting, and very tranquil. Covid has been very brutal to this part of the world so hospitality and smiles are both plentiful. The hotel is simple luxury. Do not expect the excess of city hotels but be indulged by the scenery. Menu is limited but what they do is perfectly fine. You will feel in complete balance and not least relaxed after a dip in the indoor thermal pool, where you may also enjoy drinks or coffee on the very neat poolside . You WILL enjoy it!

Lovely hotel; everyone went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. We didn't use the thermal bath just because of Covid carefulness, but it looked absolutely divine. I would stay here again any time. Be aware that Waze might take you to a dead end; just stay on Via Bagni Caldi and you'll get to the front of the hotel.

The hotel did not disappoint. If your prepared to go the little extra distance then we can defiitely recommend this hotel. Sure there were one or two individual points that could be better but after the terrible time the hospitality industry has suffered over the last year and a half, the hotel exceeded expectations. Granted we only spent one night there but could have easily stayed more nights comfortably. The room was large and accomodated our small family of 3 comfortably. The dinner was enjoyable and the food of high quality and plentiful. The dining area was layed out in a traditional form and the bare wooden structured ceiling has to be appreciated. No fastenings, bolts or nails.

Nice hotel with thermal pool, too bad the municipal thermal baths were closed (May 2022). Hillside location overlooking the wild valley. Modern and efficient structure, excellent breakfast and staff attentive to customer needs.

very nice structure surrounded by greenery. we had read some bad reviews about the location, but we actually reached the place with ease. very clean room. small but nice indoor thermal pool. the only annoying thing is the disco music in the relay room by the pool. simple but ok cooking.

We stayed at this property for two nights. The hotel overlooks Bagni di Lucca, in a quiet corner. The building, which reveals the splendor of this town, is neat and clean. The cozy room, even if not modern and equipped with essential comforts, has a very comfortable bed that allowed us to rest really well. Excellent breakfast, fresh and plentiful. Kind girl who served us in the dining room. As for the swimming pool, the space is not large but this area was also in order. Friendly owners. They were two days of simple, essential and restorative relaxation.

Quale tristezza mi avvolge ogni volta che ripenso ai momenti splendidi passati qui negli anni! Era il nostro buen retiro! Le terme chiuse per mancato rinnovo della concessione non hanno certo giovato, ma è questa gestione che è veramente imbarazzante! I concetti di ospitalità, cortesia e umiltà non sono propri di questi signori, qualsiasi commento volto a migliorare le (numerose) pecche riscontrate tra piscina-colazione-camere e massaggio imbarazzante viene preso come un'offesa personale. Come riuscire a distruggere un bel posto con pochi, semplici passi... ✔ Non torneremo più.
