An ideal hotel in the centre of this small town, close to cafes, restaurants and shops. Breakfast served on the shady terrace with a good variety of food and lovely cakes. Beautiful thermal water pool, very friendly and helpful owner, and tastefully decorated rooms in typical Tuscan style, some with balcony. Stayed for a week in searing heat. Couldn't fault it!

I stayed here twice, within a few weeks of each other. The hotel is located nicely and is within walking distance of many restaurants and local bars. I found the staff friendly, including the owner, Robertbo. The staff were very attentive and always made sure there were drinks and snacks on offer when sitting in the garden area or around the pool. The grounds of the hotel were really looked after, along with a decent-sized pool and jacuzzi with loungers. Breakfast in the mornings was served outside, and there was plenty to have, along with pasties, mixed breads, yoghurt, bacon, eggs, meats (ham, etc.), cheeses, tomatoes, etc. Fresh coffees and juices—I was never disappointed. The rooms were large and comfortable, along with air conditioning for those days when it was too hot. I'm looking forward to my next stay

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend with my husband. We were a part of a bigger group staying here. The hotel have a great location in Bagni di Lucca. Close to several stores and at least two restaurants. I really love Italy and its atmosphere and this hotel was no exception. This hotel is old fashion, and had a lot of history. But it have everything we needed for our stay. We stayed in a big bedroom with a small bathroom. The negativ things was it was a bit cold in the room and we could hear other guests at night and cars driving by outside. Outside of the hotel they had a garden, a swimming pool and a small pool. Breakfast was okey, typical Italian. The people working here did not speak much english, but we worked it out with a bit body language I would stay here again!

The hotel, dating back to 1790, is situated in a center of Bagni di Lucca. I spent 3 winter nights there. My room was big and tidy. The staff (Roberto!) was always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich and would have satisfied all tastes. I can imagine how beautiful this hotel is in summer!

Elegant and well maintained structure. Too bad we went in autumn and not been able to take advantage of the large outdoor spaces, including the large swimming pool. Clean and functional rooms. Above all, the courtesy of the staff and, in particular, of Roberto who came to meet us in all needs. Excellent location, close to excellent restaurants and a short distance from the many outdoor activities of Bagni di Lucca. We loved the second floor meeting room, ideal for a quiet chat.

Salami mortadella cheese eggs. Croissants, cakes, yogurt, cereals, juices, jams. Everything and more, (no buffet due to covid), served abundantly and quickly by a very kind waitress. Price in line with the offer of the area but decidedly lower than the quality of the service. CHOOSE THIS HOTEL AND YOU WILL NOT REGRET.

Non solo è stato il top per partecipare alla festa di Halloween ma è in posizione centralissima per visitare tutta la Garfagnana ed è ad un quarto d'ora da Lucca
