It's a very clean hotel and a great place to stay if you're there for fishing. The location is also excellent, with fishing spots nearby and a 24-hour fishing tackle shop.

This container hotel, though small in number, is fully equipped, clean, and hygienic. It also features a hot spring, located next door. Unfortunately, the hot spring water wasn't hot enough, and the green lighting was odd. Overall, however, it offers excellent value for money at a very affordable price. The only drawbacks are that check-in requires going to the adjacent hotel without clear instructions, and the 10 AM check-out time is a bit too early and rushed, leaving little time for rest.

After completing the Kumano Kodo trail, we made a special arrangement to stay again in this well-equipped container house, and enjoy the hotel's delicious food and great value buffet breakfast and dinner. However, this time we were arranged to stay in a container house near the road, so there was some traffic noise.

Pros: Air conditioning, amenities such as a toothbrush, razor, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, cleanliness, and free access to the hot springs at the neighboring Livemax Resort Innami Seafront. Cons: The bath (shower) in the room only had cold water, and the road to the hot springs was dangerous (you had to walk along the shoulder of the road with heavy traffic and many speeding cars). Poor lighting at night; two out of three room lights didn't work.
