Excellent resort near Incheon Airport. Thanks for the suite upgrade, the facilities are very new.

The environment is great and the room is spacious. Many of the front desk staff speak Mandarin, and their service attitude is excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

I chose to stay at the Welspring Hotel for an event, and I was quite shocked upon checking in, despite seeing many positive reviews online. 1. On the first night, as soon as I stepped into the shower, I noticed a strong sewage smell. I tried to ignore it, thinking the hotel's convenient location made up for it. While showering, I realized the shampoo bottle was missing – not just empty, but the entire bottle was gone. Wet and cold, I quickly called for shampoo to be sent up. It took at least half an hour; they wouldn't send it until I called again. I finally gave the operator a piece of my mind in fluent English, and voilà, it arrived in 5 minutes. 2. Returning to the room later that night to rest, I tried to lock the door, only to find our door lock was broken and wouldn't secure. 3. Getting ready for bed, I turned off all the lights, but couldn't find a way to turn off the motion-sensor light by the door. I called and was told it was a motion-sensor light, so I waited. But then I realized, which motion sensor light doesn't turn off after 5 minutes with no one passing by? Was it constantly on? I called service again, but they simply didn't answer. I called three times, and no one picked up. That's Welspring's efficiency for you. Frustrated, I called room service from a different phone. They answered immediately, but said it wasn't their responsibility. I completely understood but asked if she could relay the message to the service hotline. She said she could and that someone would call back. 15 minutes passed, no one responded. I had to call myself again. Finally, someone answered and said someone would come to check in about 15 minutes. So I waited and waited, even following up once. Finally, after almost half an hour, a man with a ladder arrived. He looked at it and said there was no way to fix it at the moment, and suggested taping it with black tape. I agreed; it was a simple solution, and it took ages to resolve. Throughout all these issues, Welspring offered not a single word of greeting or apology. If it weren't for the event, I would never have chosen this place. It was absolutely terrible. I only took one photo; I didn't photograph the other problems, and it was late, so I didn't think to document them as evidence. Is it worth it? You be the judge.

This is a massive resort with everything you could ask for in terms of dining, entertainment, and activities. The water park, though small, is excellent and kept the kids thoroughly entertained. Everything else was great, except for the somewhat off-putting attitude of the front desk staff.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Korea. The surprise hit the moment we walked into the room; we seriously thought the front desk had given us the wrong one. We had only booked a special-offer room and even asked them to switch it to two twin beds, so seeing a suite immediately made us think we were causing too much trouble and needed to get a cheaper room instead. So, we trekked all the way back to the front desk – and I mean *all the way*, because the room was really, really far from reception. But the staff told us the room was correct, no upgrade, they were just that amazing. We were absolutely stunned. For under $200, we got a five-star suite in Korea. This room made the subsequent $300-ish rooms we stayed in feel like we were sleeping in a public restroom. So yes, the room was genuinely excellent. And the surrounding facilities were incredibly comprehensive; it is a resort after all, with everything you could want for dining, entertainment, and activities. There's even a casino, though I didn't go. There must be at least a dozen restaurants; we tried two. The prices weren't much higher either. There's a water park too, which the front desk helped us book at a special rate. The funny thing was, just as we were about to leave, I couldn't find my swim trunks, so only my son got to go. According to him, there weren't many options or people, so he could play quietly by himself. I found my swim trunks just before check-out, under the pillow. I had specifically put them there the night before, ready to wear, and then completely forgot. Fate certainly has a sense of humor. A great place, well worth a visit.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, very comfortable and quiet, I slept like a baby. I'll definitely come back next time. The only thing was that check-in took a bit long.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent; it's a very new hotel. Hygiene: The hygiene is very good. Environment: There are many dining options within the hotel, and the integrated commercial area makes eating and drinking very convenient, making it ideal for families with children.

This integrated hotel is quite fun. It has a mall, restaurants, and entertainment. The service is great, and overall it's clean and tidy, which is very good. As for the room itself, it's pretty standard for under 1000 RMB domestically. I'd say the concert definitely brought an溢价 to the price, but it's definitely the top choice for a concert hotel. It's super close for the walk back, especially when the concert ends late.
