Incheon BrownDot Hotel Guwol

Wonderful room. They even let us check in earlier than expected. Huge bathroom, huge bed, and a huge TV 😁. Great location. All the cafes are a minute's walk away, and there's a 7-Eleven right around the corner.

The hotel interior was sparkling clean and well-maintained, feeling brand new. I was very satisfied. Despite the cold weather, the heating was excellent, adjusting perfectly to a comfortable temperature. I was aware that disposable amenities wouldn't be provided, but I was surprised and a bit flustered to find there wasn't even soap! Next time, I'll be sure to pack all my facial care products. In the morning, I had trouble with the hairdryer; it seemed broken and wouldn't turn on after I washed my hair. It was early, and no one answered the phone, so I just had to struggle through and dry it as best I could. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely return! The quality for this price is unbelievable. I didn't manage to take any photos of the room because I was too busy relaxing. All I got was a quick shot of the hallway when I remembered at check-out. That's how much I enjoyed my stay :)

It was very clean and great. However, I felt that having to leave my credit card as collateral to rent a charger was a bit excessive. It would be better to just take a deposit instead.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was simple but enough to get you started for the day, and I also appreciated the ramen machine.

The location was a bit out of the way from the main street, which was a little inconvenient, but the facilities and room condition were excellent, probably because it's a new building. However, I couldn't sleep all night due to the thumping noise from the upstairs room, probably because of poor soundproofing. This might be a hit-or-miss situation, but the front desk's response was a bit disappointing.

We stayed at this hotel and asked if we could check in an hour earlier. The staff member said the room was ready but we'd have to pay an extra 10,000 won. The view from the window was just awful, looking straight at a scary building next door. The room was more or less clean, but we noticed small hairs in places when we moved a chair. The only upside to this hotel was the bathroom, but it had no door, so all the steam and noise went straight into the room. The breakfast was terrible – instant ramen, rice, and cereal with milk. For a hotel like this, that kind of breakfast is a disgrace. The coffee machine wasn't working. I do not recommend this hotel. For the price, I've stayed in much better places in Korea.

It's really clean and so good that it feels a waste to use it alone.
