I booked this hotel for a concert at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium. The front desk staff used English and a translation app to communicate with me, and they were very helpful and polite every time I had a question during my stay. There's also a convenient 7-Eleven nearby.

The location is good in Incheon and close to Gimpo. staff were helpful and assisted. it has everything you need, but the fridge is too small and doesn't cool things. Other than the fridge, everything was good.

The hotel was clean but the water inside the refridge was old. I meant that someone drunk it but the staff didn't change. So I was wondering that the room had been cleaned before I have stayed.

I occasionally stay here for business trips. I'm impressed by how clean and tidy it is.

The room was quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel felt a bit dated, and overall, the facilities were in need of repair. There were areas where water leaked around the water taps, and it was disappointing to see stains on the ceiling that appeared to be from a leak. Additionally, despite being a double room, there was only one chair, which was inconvenient. It is decent for the price, but I think satisfaction would be higher if the facilities were improved.

The location and service are good, but the facilities are a bit disappointing.

I stayed in a twin room with a friend at this hotel, which was relatively close to a concert in Incheon. The front desk staff didn't speak Japanese, but they were very helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. Amenities included body soap and shampoo and conditioner, but no toothbrushes or hair brushes. The roomwear was a bathrobe. The spacious shower room and bathtub were great, but the hot water didn't come out at the same time, so I couldn't shower while filling the water. The only downside was that there was only one outlet in the room. The value for money was good, and although it was quite a walk from the station, the area around the hotel was very clean and there was a convenience store nearby. I'd definitely stay here again.

It was nice to have a comfortable stay in Ansan and to be in the heart of the city.

The lighting is dim and the room is old and outdated. It doesn't match the pictures.
