Had an absolutely lovely trip here to this hotel. Big beautiful rooms, comfortable and great staff.

Wow! Art Paradiso was absolutely stunning and the service was unmatched. The hotel and surrounding premises are grand, sleek, and incredibly cool to look at. The hotel itself is gorgeous- dark, artsy, sophisticated. Our room was huge and the vibe was sublime.  The staff were so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. The welcome drink in their bar was a nice touch! They also left us a dessert plate in our room, but we unfortunately had to turn it down as we’re vegan. Instead, they created a special fruit plate and delivered it to us! That was so nice of them.  We only stayed for 13 hours due to our travel plans, but I highly recommend you to really savor all Paradise has to offer. I can’t wait to come back and experience their spa, restaurant lounge, shopping, theater, and casino!

A truly unique stay; everything was well thought out and presented beautifully. The staff were amazing and the facilities were top tier. Definitely take a walk around the complex to view all the original artwork on display.

The service from start to finish was amazing!! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly, shame I couldn't stay longer but I definitely enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to visit! Before I checked in, did a little bit of shopping, ate lunch and visited the Wonder box it was so much fun! Cimer was needed and the art museum was also pretty! Thank you once again to everyone who assisted me xx

An excellent stay at Paradise Hotel Seoul. The spa and jjimjilbang facilities are outstanding—clean, spacious, and incredibly relaxing. The sauna experience alone is worth the visit. Service was professional and attentive throughout, making the entire stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended.

We really think that room much small then they said we even checked it with tape measure 📏 and yes it’s twice smaller 😭😭😭😭

Very polite staff and a very clean and beautiful room. Facilities on the resort are great. Shuttle bus to the airport is very convenient for early flights.
