Incheon Airport Hotel Reviews

A good hotel if you have an early flight the next day or a long haul one. Eight minute walk from the Useo station, so got to airport terminal one fast - 2 stops on the train. The hotel room was very large, provided water and tea, and had television. The only downside was that my room was a bit dirty due to toothbrush in the toilet and blood on bedsheets. There was 7/11 opposite and a good korean bbq restaurant.

The service is good and the facility is fine especially for short stay since there is no food service.

Clean. The room was big, hotel near the station and a lot of restaurant/convenient stores close to the hotel!

Good budget hotel, it has a little bit of smell but everything still looks kinda clean. It’s good for a short stay

Worst of worse. I booked the wrong date as I was coming from Canada, booked a day early. I realized this as I arrived at the front desk. The reception, assuming he was the owner, said it was a no show and need to pay again. I told him I see it was a mistake and see if I can at least a discount, as I am physically here. He firmly said No. He took my card and later when I saw the charge, it was charged more than the original rate. I was too tired to argue as I just got out of a 12 hour flight. One bed had blood stain, the tiles were cracked, i could hear alarm ringing at 6 am for 30 mins which woke me up. Hardly sleep for 4 hours. I work in hospitality myself, in fact at a Marriott brand. I understand hotel policies but also understand how these exceptional cases are handled by people, not by polices. It was shameful there was no common sense at this hotel. Strongly will ask people to stay away as there as so many options arpund

The room is very well-appointed, featuring a washing machine and kitchen appliances. The overall environment is pleasant. For the price, it offers excellent value and truly exceeded my expectations. Plus, it's conveniently located just a 7-8 minute walk from the subway station.

Nothing to complain about here, it is close enough to the railway station to get you to and from incheon airport and especially useful for an overnight stay

The building was a little bit old. The toilet was clogged before I check in. Other things are alright. cost-effective choice

Good hotel great location near everything necessary..! And staff good

The bed was quite hard. The water in the shower was luke warm and low pressure. The staff were welcoming and helpful (sent forgotten items to the airport after i left the hotel but before my flight)

This one isn't great, it can't compare to the Airrelax Hotel next door.

That’s all are great i require this but one things just some times wifi network little problems.

Pretty good. It's spotlessly clean and hygienic, perfect for a good rest. Definitely offers great value for money.
